This aircheck is an additional tape that I found for WBCN. This tape features another 90 minutes of Mark Parenteau in his afternoon show, May 17, 1982, approx 2:35-4:05pm. This compliments the other aircheck I shared a few weeks ago, which can be found HERE. (There is a 20 minute gap between the two).

WBCN Boston, one of the best radio stations ever to exist at any time. WBCN was full service (news, music, information, and live 24/7). The Rock of Boston.

This is a great audio history of radio formats, music, local commercials, news and broadcast personalities at the time.

Mark Parenteau died after a long illness at the age of 66 in 2016.
