The study aimed to examine the effects of psychological contracts on organizational citizenship behavior of hotel employees. The study described the personal and professional qualities of the employees from 12 hotels, with 100% sampling intensity. Pearson R correlation was used as statistical tool. Findings showed that there was a positive correlation between age and work input. Work-related organizational citizenship behavior was affected by work inputs and rewards. There was a significant difference between managers / supervisors and rank & file employees on their level of organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, psychological contract of the employee must be implemented to improve organizational citizenship behavior.
