I was so scared Bounce was gonna get nailed by a car or run over by a train.
As someone else has alluded to, marionettes give me the willies. I don't know if it's the way they move or is it their creepy eyes. When I was a young kid I was scared to death of them.
Informative but rather chaotic. They need to make one of these films telling people to keep their mouth away from the receiver. So many people sound muffled and I can't understand them.

"Remove your finger from the hole"
A naked Mr. Bean lookalike puppet named Handy is always terrorizing the phone lines apparently. Here, he terrorizes a boy looking for his dog Bounce (Bounce?!!?!?!!!!). Various other puppets make an appearance. None are scarier looking then Handy... and maybe Jimmy too. Very very strange. And therefore, highly reccomended!

Man, this brings back memories! I saw this film in first grade. Being from a sheltered protestant fundamentalist family, I didn't understand anything about using my imagination, and this film so to speak scared the hell out of me. I couldn't sleep for several weeks after seeing it. Even now I get twinges in my gut from the weirdness of the puppets! It's a good film for explaining the subject - but one kid had nightmares from it-me! Shows the downside of not letting your kids exercise their brain.
