Betty arrives in Hillbilly country driving a big car which is pulling her portable department store. The hillbillies are the usual crude stereotypes - sleep while you work, drink alcohol while you sleep and make music when you have nothing else to do. Betty brings modernity and the hill folks twist the use of everything to their own ends - mostly musical, with a couple of work avoidance innovations thrown in. Betty is demurely dressed, but still has her great mature figure. She leaves having gotten rid of everything, apparently without getting any money for the items and is as happy as can be.
