Clinicians and family case workers walked the picket lines in a three day strike action after federally mediated contract talks broke down with CSO (Clinical and Support Options). CSO is a state funded non-profit mental health agency serving five Western Mass. cities and over 16,000 clients. Family case worker with Bachelor degrees typically get $12-15 per hour while the CEO received $210,000 in salary and benefits.
