1:02 pm
comes to black conservatives and the republican party. well, vince ellison has entered its questions in his new book 25 lies and he joins us now. welcome o. >> glad to be here. >> what do you say to every day black americans who may be skeptical about you and your book and just the explosive cover . >> i'll give them my back storyi was born in a con cotton plantation in tennessee, my father was a sharecropper . and he aspired, he ventured out of the plantation in tennessee through the insurance industry and he was so thankful god had given us a middle-class life that we
1:03 pm
started the gospel singing group called the ellison family, we went singing gospel music throughout the south . this is how i got such an intimate knowledge of the black church and after athat i went to the college of mississippi and working at the prison in south carolina. five years i worked at kirkland correctional facility and i saw evil. iwas supposed to supervise hundred and 27 hard-core felons every day . and i was there most of the time by myself so in order to survive i had to understand clsomebody wanted to beat me up, you have to understand evil and i saw it there but i saw a lot of young black men during the clinton biden crime bill and i thought about asking for black intelligentsia white and black men get locked up like this? they started with 20 and they had 40 by the end of that debt case. they told me it was a bunch
1:04 pm
of rich white republicans that hated black people so i left my post, started working in the ghetto and i found something interesting. moi saw a bunch of white republicans down there in the ghettos. you could see a leprechaun before you saw one. here's what i saw, a bunch of black democrats making money offthe chaos was the most black politicians, most black student organizers, i called them the iron triangle . these were the people there l and as i studied and saw these cats were connected to the democrat party and found out their number one goal was to make sure they get 90 percent of the black vote for f the democrat party, period .. s but look or by crook and that was what they've been doing, you can call them a slave master grew. >> in one of your chapters you talk about g?god will hold you responsible which is a
1:05 pm
play on words butwhat are you saying when you look at and you talk about this in your book, dismal results on education, the high crime, the homicides and how it's just so heavily concentrated in these communities . you actually believe there's a connection between the leadership who have relinquished their moral obligation and leadership obligations to make sure that the new plantation will keep them enslaved . keep them dependent. make them believe there's always racism so there's no new crime because you're going to be pushed back and discriminated against especially when you have all these other race cases you see which reinforces in their mind they leverage it further to say the white man will never allow you to progress and let us feed you since you can't feed yourself. >> i call it meal plantation is him. same slave owner, new show. they've got these people demoralized d. when a person is demoralized they can't hearthe truth . the soviet union gives it to their people, just beat them down and the schools are terrible.
1:06 pm
they destroyed in every institution from the father to the education system to the economics system, you ro name it they've done it but they've always done it. the democrat party from 1800 up till now has been perpetually, probably the evilest institution on the face of this earth. look at the history from 1800 to 1860s slavery, from1860 to 1875 the confederacy . told almost 1 million americans . then they destroyed reconstruction. people, maimed people, hung people and after reconstruction 100 years of jim crow . since that date intimidated, bribes, murder. anything to keep power and do you think after 1965 they just raised their ways? no, now they've expanded. abortion, atheism, socialism and if you want to know the democrat party go to the ghetto. go to the innercities and
1:07 pm
it'll show you everything you need to know .>> you're accusing the democratic party of genocide without firing a bullet. >> definitely, and they know it. they have the stats in front of them. they see what they're doing. school choice would be too easy to educate theseyoung people in these schools in baltimore, detroit and memphis that are learning anything and they know it . they know the educational choice is something that' works because it's worked in washington dc. it's worked in new orleans. they know itworks, that's why they won't do it . they won't do it for half the ddcost of public education but they won't do it because the one thing that scares them more than anything is educated black men. they cannot control them. keep that ignorance, keep them frightened, keep them under control so what's the answer west and mark i say it's an intervention . >> i know you deal with this in your book. how are they so successful no matter what era we find ourselves in just targeting one community, doesn't work
1:08 pm
for the jewish americans, doesn't look for work for the x, the irish. why doesn't work so well with the overall in your opinion and reading the bookthe black community . >> it's a science experiment to them for 200 years. their whole concept from the beginning was to keep us under control and they learn how to do it through the mobilization. beaten-down. it's stockholmsyndrome. it's not condemnation, it's an explanation . patty hearst thought she was helping the people that kid not to rob banks so you start identifying with your oppressor and even during the civil war, when the northern armiescame down to free the slaves , 95 percent are still in the plantation. abraham lincoln had to issue the emancipation proclamation because the slaves were
1:09 pm
helping the south win the civil war. they were digging the trenches and putting up the parts for them and even when they did the census in 1990 90 percent of black people they thought still live down south. didn't leave. >> this is a fascinating ou point i'll get a correlation that he makes in his book is when you have the potentialto remove god , to remove the, remove being accountable and responsible to a higher authority the reason why you stress the atheism and lack of morality in your book is because you make it clear that blacks were once a very moral, striding community . >> theywere a blessed community . despite human slavery and segregation, that's thing they held onto that once they were able to remove that pillar and replace god with materialism and dependency, that's when they began to experience the most successful results instead of continuing to demoralize that
1:10 pm
community. >> we've always had poor people but we weren't criminal, we weren't killing each other. we weren't destroying our families . but the civil rights activated and when liberals got inside of it, my goodness they got inside of the black church and made it as a conduit to the democratic party. politics became part of the black church and it never should have been . the black preachers job, any job is to get them to bed, live for eternity in the presence of jesus christ. that's his job. we've got politicians, we've got lawyers but when you are talking about god and jesus christ i tell people i cannot be oppressed and i tried to believe in .systemic racism mbecause i'm an air of jesus christ, son of god. i've never metanybody could preach to me . why? jesus teaches all brothers and sisters we have gifts and
1:11 pm
we're supposed to elevate each other's gifts and when we elevate each other's gifts as opposed to jealousy over income inequality, better house then i got, you got a better school than i go to, no . elevate your gift. help your neighbor elevatehis gift and guess what happens, we have a beautiful society . a good doctor helps everybody .' a great cook, a great teacher helps everybody. instead they're trying to tget us to dumb america down by saying critical race theory that you have some type of superiority over me. i was born with privilege, i had two great parents, agreat family . i was born in an american, that's a privilege. they tried to tell me being born white is aprivilege, i say being born black is a privilege . they don't want you to believe that, do they? then i go to the greatest privilege, being an air of jesus christ who says you're not under anybody, anything you need i've got you.
1:12 pm
want us to go back to that because once we do that the fighting stops, the ignorance stops, the jealousy, the hatred and all this foolishness will stop but they will lose their power. >> another interesting chapter in your book picks up on what you're saying when you talk about the lgbtq and the quality, you show great should be o one discriminated against or harmed in any way but you also point out in your book very eloquently how this has become a tool to further marginalize the black community . >> yes it is. they use their pain for their game the democratic party does. they say we can help you achieve whatever it is you want and i tell them no, you achieve it by earning the respect of the people around you. it happens. our barrio.to change has been rejected,
1:13 pm
cain was angry, mad at his brother abel. god said kane, why are you angry? if you do well will you d not be accepted and if not don't let the paymaster you but you must master it. if you do well will you not be accepted? apple of tim cook, done well. when you do well jesse owens to give him atickertape parade . this is before all the marching. a there's joe lewis knocks out elliot and it all of the country d.celebrates him because he didwell . i tell the community don't get caught in this value of trying to use coercion to make americalike you. it didn't work for us.
1:14 pm
change the hearts of the people . be respectful. if you're happy with yourself that is enough. >> i encourage people to go out and buy your new book 25 lies. you go heavy on how important morality was for the civil rights community when it was desperately needed. they never compromise. where is the moral leadership today and our elected officials? >> it's amazingly sad. you know, i look at it and it's hurtful because we have to have an example of how best to live. and our children aren't ma getting it. matter of fact, some of the worst behavior in the world has been held up mand i'm looking at this same it worries me so. i have to stay in constant communication with mydaughter , with my children and i'm explaining to them this is
1:15 pm
not right. our ministers should do a better job of connecting our children up to god. all the things that would come after tei draw all men unto me, lift him up. and no matter where you are in life when you're starting out if you've got a job on walmart making 20,000 a year you'll be happy and moveup further because you're honest, you're good, your clean . git's not all the intangibles that move you up and if you want to go somewhere else she's a good man, she's a good woman. they're good at what they do. if you do well you'll be accepted at the next then you do you'll be like my esmother, my father who came out of poverty because they were good people, honest people. they work hard. people have a good word to say, it'snot waking up one morning andyour rich . it's a grind . we have to teach them about the grind and the crime is
1:16 pm
the thing that makes it so beautiful. start out, work hard, be honest and erget back to teaching our children that part of the thing they need to teach them because they're not doing it the other. one minister told me black people get their goal in heaven and i said you're making them broken on earth and sending them to hell at the same time . you're tselling them up on both ends. at least do the one part right. teach them to love one another. teach them to love themselves because once you love yourself it doesn't matter how the white manfeels about you . that's why i told the lgbtq community love yourself and the greatest love of all. >> in your book you really chart out how the big switch started in 1960. >> people believe the switch
1:17 pm
started in 1950, i take them all the way back to the election of 1876 when the whole southern part of the united states of america went democrat. l this is 10 years after lincoln . so you had a lot of black people voting for the democratic party then and they had a plan to it called the mississippi plan south carolina plan. intimidation, robbery, murder . something balance. here's a book but the mississippi south carolina plan was brought out of the democratic party for 100years down south and there's still doing that plan even today . people say they started voting for the democratic party in 1960 andi say no , they started voting for the democratic party. in 1956, 1957 eisenhower and nixon to republicans asked the civil rights act of 1960 they passed the 1960 civil
1:18 pm
rights act design so black people down south could vote. they also sent 101st airborne down to make sure the little rock nine into a simple high school in little rock arkansas. he did the first oval office address of civil rights in the history of this nation so you want to talk about black people paying attentionto civil rights they wouldn't have voted for kennedy johnson, they would have voted for eisenhower and nixon . so what happens? eisenhower and nixon do all this good civil-rights stuff. for 5 million black people are registered to vote and protected. i tell this story my grandfather registered to vote in 1960, they kicked him off the cotton plantation and fbi came down and told him you are not going anywhere. this administration says we passed this law that says we cannot intimidate or hurt you anymore. my grandfather voted straight democrat. i asked my father why .
1:19 pm
he said black folks did what white folks told them to do. eventhen and at the end of that campaign they found 80 percent of black people voted for the democratic party . people say all of these democrats switched republican. george wallace hated democrats, ross barnett, all those southern governors, only one switched and that's strong. the rest of them stayed democrats forever and black people voted forthem . when i started asking the question why did this s happen west and mark oit goes back to stockholm syndrome. it makes perfect sense. you've been beaten down for 400 years of course you're going totake on the characteristics of your master . if they had just been paying attention to the civil rights movement we were fighting, bleeding, dying, getting shot by water hoses and then by dogs.
1:20 pm
to eat a hamburger beside them, to drink from the water fountain beside them, of course when they came to vote we were going to vote with them . makes perfect sense why are blacks so skeptical about the republican party. >> back in 1992. it was the rnc. george bush had just become president. and the republican party had the power in the house of representatives and said we've got to start redistricting. he said we haven't got the numbers to change the state house votes on that. we said let's see if we can get the black caucus to vote on our district plan. we will give them these majority black districts and
1:21 pm
we won't run anybody inthese districts . we won't help anybody run against them . they brought that to the black caucus and said were going to double your numbers in your statehouses, give you majority black congressional districts that will double your numbers in the congress, what did you say? they said you got a deal so the republican party pulled out of the black community. black democrats came in and for 30 years they fed them alive. because we don't fund the candidatesthat run down there whether they be black, white is irrelevant . they run into jim clyburn's district you will not get any funding no matter who you are. they dry up the funding so for 30 somethingyears you've got people that have fed nothing but lies . it's like lincoln said, he said they're just slaves that barely know the republican party existedexcept for the lies you tell us .
1:22 pm
>> i want to come back. i think your point is so important. it's why you're part of this interview on "after words". race, you can find racism in anything inamerica today . what do you say when you look at trayvon martin, breonna taylor. everything follows race and it doesn't tell the whole story . how do you get black americans and whites to another extent to see that it's not always about race. and what is the meaning, you talk about this in your book. is it that they're part of this design, is it they are controlled by some larger interest?
1:23 pm
>> they have an agenda and they know that to keep their power we have to vote for republicans. they know they cannot lose the black vote. they willbring this country down before they do it . you and i know about trayvon martin and george floyd. they tried to put a crime on derek shelving. it was wrong but he couldn't prove it was racial but it didn't matter. they said this country on fire. >> it whether it was racial is irrelevant. >> it was wrong and un-american, exactlyright and that's all i thought and they made it racial and told black people this is america . lord have mercy they're going to turn us back and they did. and very young black people out there, talk to a young black usperson 23, 24, 25. they were the same country we were in the 1950s. the democrats would make tmen never make us believe we're in a post-racial america
1:24 pm
where merits can move you to the top so we have proof of that. merit, hard work, grinding. when joe lightning comes out and said this new supreme court justice i need to nominate he says i'm going to find the best justice in america and he could've walked out with ewmiss brown jackson and said this is the best interest i can find in america and we allapplaud and say that beautiful, he can do that . i'm going to give this to a black woman. this is old slave master talk . but we can't earn it. everything you get comes from me. the affirmative action program, it's so silly because they're allowing the very people to say they are racist there allowing them to determine what black people are elevated . >> and yet miss jackson's credentials are just a stellar. >> they're beautiful if he wanted people to believe.
1:25 pm
>> but why did democrats try to marginalize her simply because he's black? they want to make black people understand cannot earn it . black people go work in the cotton fields and in the field for a whole season and the masters going to give him what he wants. >> out of the republicanparty any better ? >> the only thing that makes the republican party any better is the fact do not have in their form number of children . the instruction of the family . fact that they are against religious liberty. we've got to understand something, there is a divide in america about trayvon martin and the church haand state and all this kindof stuff and you have people that give religious liberty . 'you don't have to agree with me. >> why can't the republican party with all the lies that you discussed so well researched, why don't they capitalize on it? you would think the blacks
1:26 pm
were a huge part of the republican party. why is there no opportunity for gain for the gop? >> same reason that gerrymandering thing i told you about. they keep their word. right now they're drawing these districts again and they've drawn some and right now they're saying the gop will take the house again . as long as they keep that deal, as long as the black caucuses keep their part of the deal the gop will keep their part of the deal. >> doesn't all this transcend politics ? for the good ofthe healing of the nation . >> if not, politics isn't going to fix this. this will have to be something that comes out of the breast of the christian unity, jewish community and also the american spirit . we're all upset now because russia is still invading another country . but it is wrong, their i killing innocent people.
1:27 pm
we're going to put sanctions on them. the same thing needs to happen here. we should not support any politician going down to those ghettos and saying we won't support school choice or armed people in a war zone or restrict your religious liberty or allow people to come over the border and' bring fentanyl and sex trafficking into those areas . were not going to allow lithis anymore. we as christians need to say i'm not going to allow you to my brother or sister, i'm not going to allow you to hurt my fellow brothers any longer so we need to make people understand you will be held. if you know your electing politicians that are killing people, killing children, that are prepping children in schools, respecting the religious liberty that allow sex trafficking trafficking to come over there border that rmare actually harming individuals on purpose you will be held accountable so i'm saying to america it's time for an intervention. this book is saying the politicians are going to
1:28 pm
change, we can be line like liberals expecting politics to change our situation. if we go back to our bible. >> you mentioned recruiting and i found thisfascinating went once he asked people from around the world to come and he would that . you talk about the second amendment. why, you know the biggest demographic getting concealed carry our african americans. why is the second amendment so important? >> a man without the ability to fight back, without power he said that human nature is destroyed when they cannot respect a weak man. only that for a time unless the natural course of power is going with him you cannot be free unless you can defend yourself. we see what happens with the george floyd rights.when mayors told the police stand down, they kicked people stores in and just dropped
1:29 pm
them. told the police to stand down where we were going to ukraine another country invaded theirgovernment doesn't have the ability to defend them . it is unnatural of power and this is something that makes me angry and i talk about the biggest problem in the black community is not black racism, it's black mail cowardice. it's us black men not defending our family, not defending our neighbors. not just not defending, we're shooting, killing, carjacking, smashing, selling dope. what work, will take care of all children, just acting the fool . it takes bravery and strength for a man to get up and go to work every day and bring money home to take care of his children takethem to church over the weekend . that's bravery. and we have now is a bunch of counters that are going on that is actually, what people are explaining it away. racism. >> you talk about sermonizing
1:30 pm
. the emasculation of men, making men forget about what their roles are . and that is important. >> it is. like you in the rural south, strong father. he's sitting up there in a quarter with a shotgun, nobody bothered me when i was growing up . nobody. >> he had a gun in the glove compartment. >> these were men that understood, nobody bothered them because they understood they were men. now they want to esermonizing men and make them believe being a man is, there is no definition to it anymore. when you grew up there was a definition to it. >> if someone said we needed to take leave we brought that. >> the weapons, i got to take
1:31 pm
care of them. number numberit was the thing that we grew up with . you had to fight in your neighborhood, your daddy would tell you come in. and then the guy you're falling it's usually because your parentswere drinking . we grew up during the time when you have to be tested. you play sports, following your brothers. syour daddy said i didn't finish yet, it's over with, come back inside. now they want men, we wanted to cry. >> and not everything was about mental illness. >> you went through that. >> went exists men fought through it. >> it was about discipline. you were looked upon as a man . when you could control yourself and you understood you were supposed to talk about everything in public . >> and you and i had mothers and grandmothers that had 10 or 12 kids and what hthey gave birth they wereback in the field . >> you work and your mother worked harder than your daddy
1:32 pm
spring your face up. it was about control. chris christianity is about conformity. life ncwas about conformity. control yourself. i'm tired.get the job done. i'mscared, fight through it. face your fear. i'm angry, you'd better not your sister . it didn't matter, you controlled yourself . that was the way you are supposed to be that was also reinforced in school you would never swear. >> all know. >> you would not ever wear a hat at the table and your parents would be hanging down . >> there was a decorum that you have to respect your father and your mother. no matter how old you got. when you came through my daddy store u-turn years old. it's what you got going. it's the respect.
1:33 pm
it's the honor. knowing what right looks like and right now nobody knows what it is. >> there's so much that we're covering in your book but you also talk about you can see that there's progress because what i don't know if people are getting it, i want to new book 25 lies. what you're admitting is no different than what has been advocated to us through our faith through the 10 commandments that there's a higher being there's no such thing in black conservatism, there's a certain things you as a right way to live and a wrong way to live and if you live this way, if you have these virtues and values and ethics you and pretty good in. and you put a color to. >> what scares me is therenow trying to take this black community and destroyed it and now they want to spread
1:34 pm
this to the white community . that's what crt is. they're going to start looking in the mirrorrmand saying i'm no good, shooting people that look like them . you don't hear music with b's and w's and n-word. then the children, we had children 35 years old so now they look at each other and they hate one another because the girl is using a n-word and you're like why are these children so hatefuland full of anger ? everything. it's envy, murder, materialism, all of it. that's the party. if you don't have what you're supposed to have somebody victimized you andyou have a right to go take it . our 10 commandments is a beautiful thing.g. >> if your father saw you eluding louis vuitton or some other store .
1:35 pm
you don't need law enforcement. >> when i heard that joe biden and his son beau's wife and hunter got together, i've been asked the board for a brother the right for miles? >> the stuff you talk about in your book and i want to take full advantage of this hour wehave with you . something you talk about crt making white people feel guilty and questioningstopped and you talk about black lives matter. they emdidn't necessarily get the money because they believed in the cause, it was still they just wanted to feel good about themselves . >> that's all it is is virtue signaling. george floyd, everybody's supposed to be mad about it and they really think they're responsible. like with their children. you have a rich parents that
1:36 pm
grew up and child and not bad and they're saying it's all powerful, we didn't raise them right and a lot of these rich liberals have such a ly messiah complex that they actually believe that they have control over our lives and because we didn't turn out well they can change it t. why did this white liberal tell me the black man woulddo well . and i looked at him and said you think you can hold me down? and his face just started asking, you never heard a black man telling him the truth. u>> but you told him this is a human being. >> to expect you can hold me down, tand you have a lot of these liberals say that. that wehave to do more to help . everything is a government program to help. a little cool hand luke. >> also there's a lot of them understand what they're doing is control. it's absolute control.
1:37 pm
>> you don't think they mean well that's just misguided? >> i think there are some that do and there's some better people. >> in your book you talk about abortion. and choice and how did this apportionment number of young black women their kids and yet they regret that depression. sometimes it's suicide that follows it. >> it's a shame because what they've done, my wife is an attorney. i talked about the cause. the whole legal concept of cost. jesus said if you have anyone that causes these it's better than meals. so how in their mind doesn't white grandmother have 16 vechildren, 14 children. my mother had seven. announced generations starting to abort. justice brandeis says people
1:38 pm
follow cgovernment. we're supposed to close that gap with the church and with the politicians and say it's not okay but instead we didn't. instead the black churches started saying it's okay. then the black politicians started saying it's okay and the black civic organizers saying it's okay and they talk to the schoolteacher and said it's okay so they keep getting the okay from people that are supposed to tell them to the truth . he will call these young people to say you and i are old enough to remember and they started putting apcondoms and birth control inschool and we said this will cause them to have children to have more sex and we see wwhat happened . they knew what would happen. that was their goal. so now they put these abortion statutes in the black community and they make money from it. it's not the $500 they get for abortion, 500 million they get from planned
1:39 pm
parenthood, and they are using us again to make money. the black communities, public aceducation doesn't work. they say say spend as much money as you can so wecan pay the teachers and then uthe money goes back . >> continuing. >> you talk in your book and you've touched on school choice. so young people live and are watching our conversation today and learning about your book 25 lies. why education is foundation of it all. who do you think they'regoing through this world not knowing how to read . >> wasted talent. it's the most terrible thing that could ever happen in this blworld. the child that could make a beautiful definition or be a great mechanic. they're not teaching the children to be and when you
1:40 pm
child debris we don't them to breathe or have moral instruction you destroy their lives and in the ghetto there's just so much wasted potential. and it's wasted because it doesn't have to be that way. it doesn't have to be that way. all they have to do is go tell my mother that has two or three kids. they had a school down the street in baltimore. educateyour children . these men, black men, asian men will teach your son how to grow up straight and teach them respect. they'll teach him about his god, teaching reading, writing arithmetic as history o and when he grows up he will be awarded the state,he will go to jail. we will guarantee it . isn't that easy? you and i both know a private black schools that do that. and they're very successful. they know that and they refuse to let it happen. that's why i say they're evil. >> what about the playground in the classroom where a kid
1:41 pm
assault teachers. disrespect them, use abusive language towards them and now you can suspend these kids from school o. >> that's why the private school system is important, it takes a government out of that and allows the parent bring their child to the men or the teachers they trust. >> but you touch on this, you can only allow this to happen if it's not only do you want to destroy public schools but you want to destroy the learning process. >> that's what they do. >> is it intentional? >> it has to come to ridiculous. you can't teach anybody anything without discipline and security . when the green berets jumped into themiddle of the jungle a secureperimeter . you have to discipline . they know that. but they have this crazy idea of the world where they don't want these children is because if they are disciplined they can'tcontrol them . these people, these people
1:42 pm
from harvard and yale and oxford they're not good people. they know what they're doing. they say so. the morning the report told them what was going to happen. they're looking at statistics says we had the lowest birth rate in the history of our nation last year and the trend had been going down for seven straight years. they know it. and there going full speed aheadwith abortion. they were celebrating , saying that our lgeneration might be maybe one or two percent. and this generation between the ages of 17 and 30 about seven percent. there celebrating it and pui'm saying this is why we are dying because you're taking 70 percent of the population and taking it out child. how do you take 70 percent of your relation of working children think you're going to provide an education? then you are teaching children at an early age not people that are out
1:43 pm
