The Falmouth Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting & a public hearing on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. to discuss the following:
TO DISCUSS THE PENDING LITIGATION FOR GIRARD AVENUE (GEOFFERY ET AL)
TO DISCUSS THE PENDING LITIGATION FOR 78 SQUIBNOCKETT DRIVE (SPALARIS)
REQUESTS FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY
William Post (c/o Bayberry Road Real Estate Trust), 36 Bayberry Road, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct three additions, expand the existing deck and remove a dead oak tree.
Michael Bullard, 47 Miami Avenue, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to upgrade with a new Title 5 sewage disposal system, reconstruct the back steps and paved driveway, install a drainage system and native plants and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
Kevin & Susan Glynn, 20 Green Harbor Drive, East Falmouth, MA – For permission to pump, fill and abandon or remove the existing leach pit and install a new Title 5 sewage disposal system.
Manuel Dias, 15 Amvets Avenue, Falmouth, MA – For permission to construct a deck, remove invasive vegetation and to plant and maintain a native tree.

Black Beach Harbor Head Association (c/o William Reznikoff), the entire length of the dirt roadways for Little Neck Bars Road, Black Beach Hills Road and Drift Road, West Falmouth, MA – For permission to rough grade the existing roadway, give the road a 2% cross slope going away from the wetlands where possible, add less than 1-inch of native dense fill, fine grade and then compact the roadway after wetting.

REQUESTS FOR HEARING UNDER A NOTICE OF INTENT
Frank Bauer, 145 Seapit Road, Waquoit, MA – For permission to replace the existing 43 linear foot long concrete block retaining wall with a vinyl sheet piling wall and landing, remove a brick walkway and timber post, after-the-fact approval of 78 sq ft of patio, to install restoration and mitigation plantings and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
Stuart Rothman (c/o The 32 Langley Road Nominee Trust), 32 Langley Road, Falmouth, MA – For permission to raze the existing dwelling and construct a 5-bedroom single-family house with attached garage, decks, patios, install an in-ground swimming pool, spa, outdoor shower, landscape retaining walls, dry wells, utilities, driveway, mitigation plantings, maintain the existing subsurface irrigation system, repair the existing stone riprap retaining wall and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.

Edward Gordon, 120 Racing Beach Avenue, Falmouth, MA – Request to amend the existing Order of Conditions (DEP 25-3437) to install a 6.5-ft poured concrete retaining wall with footings, filter fabric, crushed stone, stone steps, fill addition, to reconfigure the proposed mitigation planting area, modify the proposed screen planting area and the associated clearing, excavating, grading and landscaping.
