These clips show the massive sea change in American culture; it is not about changing trends, more like the death of a way of life that many paid for the hard way. This odious juncture began after WWII.
Traditions dictated the norms that were accepted at the time -- it explains why people were so satisfied with just relaxing with a box of popcorn or a hot dog or burger and a good movie without all the controlled media BS we see today. People were able to find ways to block the cultural Marxism.

My favorite is the first rocket into outer-space blasting off to the planets.. Ice-cream on Mars & popcorn on Venus.. and the last few minutes before the next feature begins have a nostalgic 2 minute countdown too, but don't worry.. the snack bar will still remain open!
