This booklet, Educational Legislation--2004 Session, is published annually to provide enrolled copies and summaries of selected education bills passed by the Kansas Legislature relating generally to Unified School Districts, Interlocal operatives, and private schools. The summaries of the bills were prepared by the Kansas Legislative Research Department in cooperation with the Kansas State Department of Education.
