Two views of Riddarholmen and Gamla stan (Old Town) in Stockholm from southwest, Söder Mälarstrand. Filmed in April 2007.
1. Riddarholmen, an island with aristocratic palaces, later used by governmental authorities, for example Wrangelska palatset (Wrangel palace - the white building). Riddarholmskyrkan, the church, was a Franciscan cloister, later the Royal burial church. The wrought iron spire was built in 1835.
2. Riddarholmen and the Old Town western water front with the tower of Tyska kyrkan (German congregation church).

Great stock footage!!!
Very Nice. I have paid for stock footage in the past that wasn't half as good. The concept of FREE stock footage of this caliber is great. Keep up the good work!

These are great shots Eva. This must be a very beautiful place. How about some 14 or 15 second shots of the streets, pedestrians, etc. I'd also enjoy seeing shots of that cathedral in the distance -- maybe a slow pan down from the spire. Your Swedish stuff is really valuable to the Stock Footage collection.
