lou: that's it for us tonight. we thank you for being with us. john solomon, mark meadows among our guests. have a great weekend. good night from the swamp. washington, d.c. trish: the truth is coming out. new information suggesting the deep state, an fbi lawyer is under criminal investigation for allegedly illegally altering a key document used to obtain a warrant to spy on the trump campaign. good evening. i'm trish regan. fairness matters. transparency matters. authenticity matters and the truth matters. this is the united states of america. and yet as details leak out about the upcoming release of the horowitz report, we are learning the fbi allegedly tampered with and altered the
fed's fisa application. a criminal charge is coming. think about what they did to carter page. >> they got a fraudulent warrant, i believe, to spy on myself as a way of getting into the trump campaign in has been a continued cover-up to this very day. we still don't have the truth but hopefully we'll get that soon. >> if they could do that to him, they could do it to the trump campaign. they could do it to anyone, any politician. as americans we can't allow that. we must know who was behind this within the deep state. who was tampering with the integrity of our system as well as who, what, when, where, why and how russia attempted to manipulate and divide us, something adam schiff, nancy pelosi and the mainstream media have been entirely complicit in.
as i have said, they effectively have done putin's dirty work for them. don't forget the dubious money trail. it all originated with the so-called dirty dossier. clinton's campaign commissioned the opposition research from a foreign source who was out there calling his foreign sources in russia ex-kgb buddies for a school on donald trump. talk about an amazing opportunity to feed the americans a whole bunch of you know what. putin got word of it. they fed as much misinformation to christopher steele as they could, and that's what fiona hill tried to tell adam schiff. he totally failed to address it in his giant schiff show. i want to share with you some of
her closed door testimony. she told lawmakers she was quote shocked to learn christopher steele waltz author of the dossier. she said he was vulnerable to russian disinformation because he was constantly trying to drum up business. she also stated that the russians might have fed steele all kinds of misinformation to put a cloud over a trump presidency as payback for all the spying christopher steele had done on russia over the years. clinton's team hired the ex-spy to dig up dirt. the russians gets winds of it. feed that ex-spy a whole bunch of lies. the children continues take it to the fbi, they take it to comey and they move forward with a spy campaign of their very own designed to entrap donald trump.
now we have learned they are allegedly altered documents, the fbi, altered documents to secure a highly secretive fisa warrants to spy on americans. can this get any more messed up? the stlecht promoted wild conspiracy theories. and then they even he spend 2 1/2 years, $32 million of our taxpayer money investigating it. can you imagine:we spent that kind of time and money investigating president trump's place of birth? the democrats think trump is in russia's pocket. my russian sources told me they might have hoped they had a good relationship with donald trump. but don't forget with the obama-bind-hoik team in office,
russia invaded ukraine, fan crimea and shot an airliner out of the sky and killed hundreds. the russians had it pretty good back then. unfortunately the bottom line right now is our enemies have succeeded in making civility in america more challenging than ever before while simultaneously sowing seeds of doubt into our psyche. how can we trust a system that will lie, cheat or steal to hurt an opposing party. the obama administration will have committed crimes on par with if not worse than watergate. no wonder president trump wants a trial in the senate, despite everything he's been through web's clinging to the notion of justice. he believes fairness will prevail and the only way to clear his name is to put it all out there and let the american
people decide. because that is the american way. joining me right now with reaction, former fbi special agent, john iaanarelli. did the democrats play into putins' hands? they were feeding christopher steele all kind of garbage to feed this lack of legitimacy to the administration. >> it's been that way for years and it's foolishly bern ignored by the opposition from years ago and we are dealing with that problem again today. they will wants to continue to interfere with our operations

international stage. >> this past week was not good for democrats. the witness were witnesses to nothing. for this to happen again is unbelievable. now to the tomorrow inquired pro question is what joe biden and his son did. that's wait uncovered. what's -- wait uncovered. -- what it uncovered. the bombshell is the light that's been shed on hunter biden. if any of us were accused of getting $80,000 every 30 days, getting the government to give us loans to the tune of $130 million. they don't dispute it, they just go and hide. trish: the $130 million was being route to a subsidiary in the caymans.
he's sending his profits through a subsidiary in the caymans, that's when you say, son, we have to have a talk. but the vice president aloud his son to do this. people around the vice president at the time were afraid to tell him, hey, joe, this doesn't look good. >> joe biden knows this. he has gotten by with it for too long. this is taxpayer money he's robbing the coffers and putting in his son's pocket. trish: you know, there is a lot of questions here. lindsey graham is opening this investigation rightly so. but i suspect if people wanted to go to town on all this, there might be more there. you think about the influence that ukraine was trying to court with the administration. if you wanted to dig deep, i
think it's not just joe and hunter biden. i think you would want to look into the clinton foundation as well. >> this opens the door. that's why senator graham once the justice department report is out december 9, he will start calling witnesses, he will get the whistleblower up there so president trump can have his people. he can investigate adam schiff. let adam schiff who has been the judge, jury and executioner, let him get on the stand and answer questions. he's been picking the group he wanted on. trish, it's a sham. the polls are not being kind to the democrats who are trying to as you say, take the 63 million americans who voted for president trump and put him in office. with 11.5 months to go before we can pick, it will be iting what they do from here on out. i doubt they want senator
graham, if they pass impeachment in the house which they have got the votes to do, if they want their people try to face what lindsey graham, he will have an in department investigation on all these people. the numbers don't show that the american people have the appetite for it. >> certainly not. it sets a horrible precedent. good to see you. thank you very much. coming up next, john bolton tweeted several times today.
