past quarter balance very low looking ahead we do expecting regulation next year expect to hit earnings but think probably will ease the recession that is, by middle next year we look for fed to start cutting rates sometime around smesh not as soon as they hit the terminal rate first quarter about it maybe later in the year that is going to keep us cautious i think on the markets going forward. maria: are interesting to see the laggards being technology, right? this year o you've got nasdaq down 29%, and in month of october, nasdaq was up but only 4%, relative to the dow industrials saw a gain 14% for the overall month paul. you said your cautious on this market. does that mean avoiding stocks overall? or are you picking and choosing places to hide here? >> [laughter] we can call it hiding we are really trying to take advantage of opportunities and you hit it,
