and admits it. >> i'm effective on crime. and i believe in second chances. and i have one on that record. brian: murder one and you murder two is that a time for second chances. he's also against the life blood of the state, fracking. >> the president's team used fracking as a wedge issue. no one cares about it with the pandemic going. i am not pro fracking. i signed the no fossil fuel pledge before the cool kids were doing it in 2015. brian: as usual on the left you are not to believe your eyes or ears. fetterman is fine, his beliefs are mainstream. but the problem is he's not fine and he's not in the center. but don't you dare point that out even if you are from a friendly network.

stood in the way of the state legislature and parents and grandparents watching these kids in failing schools. brian: we just put up a few polls from emerson to trafalgar. dr. oz is trailing in all of them, but within striking distance. the issues have switched. and they have turned on the democrats. i think anyone would tell you that. crime is first and foremost. the economy has collapsed and the border now matters. >> pennsylvania is a border state. nevada is a border state. every state is a border state because of the fentanyl crisis. he has had the authority and latitude to do more to break the back of this drug crisis in

pennsylvania. he wants to continue with it by having these drug dens and be against the police who are on the front lines of administering narcan. here is the other thing about this race. voters have a way of telling us what's important to them. we can't tell them what's important to them. i think the democrats' ethos, believe what i say, not what you see. they see rising costs everywhere they turn. and they see john fetterman bragging on tape about releasing one-third of the prison population and being anti-frack. 50,000 jobs in the commonwealth of pennsylvania are related to fracking.

the employees, and the workers who would benefit from this. rising costs, rising crime are the issues. fetterman should be out of there for confusing the eagles with the steelers. and i read this morning that two wawas are being forced to close because of crime. >> what does dr. oz have to do to fill the gap and make this close call a victory for him in the debates. >> several things. first of all he has to go right at john fetterman's fitness for office. that's not just his obvious fitness or office. it comes with being out of sync and out of touch. he's doing nothing about crime

on abortion. but they are saying in this ad don't just judge her shell, if you are going to judge on his issue, judge warnock as well. 90% of people say it's the economy and inflation that are the biggest issues. abortion is way down on the list. brian: warnock has not touched the controversy around wearing and his kids. dana: they had a debate last night and they tried to go at each other. a lot of republicans feel rafael warnock shouldn't have been there in the first place. these were races the republicans were poised to win in 2020 and
