squirrel with her? can you import a squirrel into ireland? i'm not so sure. kevin from michigan, rosie would sound a lot more interesting if she used an irish accent. she's like madonna, she will just get an accident from the wrong country. tim, johnny should undo another button, he doesn't look italian enough. i didn't notice that and thank god i didn't. what were you eating during the elon musk interview? trumps taco bowl, no... >> sean: tonight there is 1 person who got paid to live for joe biden at the white house and then got paid even more to lie on his behalf. now circle back, they are trying to rewrite history after
6:01 pm
enthusiastically endorsing biden's mental and physical fitness for years. it take you down memory lane and we will circle back later with a message. plus i regret to inform you michelle obama is once again complaining about the burden of living in the white house. >> it's expensive to live in the white house. many people don't know. much is not covered. you pay for every food that you eat. you are not paying for housing and a staff in it but everything, even travel. >> sean: we will analyse their finances and see if it was worth their while. also they will respond to our other news of the day segment and a hannity event announcement. our top story, promises made promises kept. >> border crossings are at the lowest level ever recorded.
6:02 pm
>> is the border now secure? >> it's really secure. doesn't it sound good after being abused for years by an incompetent president that allowed people to pour through an open border, criminals from all over the world, murderers and insane people from mental institutions and insane asylum's. isn't it a beautiful thing when you say its the most secure it's ever bin in the history of our country. >> sean: they said it would never happen but now not only is the border security but nbc news is for one's allowing the president to tell the truth. democrats either open the border on purpose or they are the most incompetent people to ever walk the planet. this is the single most preventable national security disaster ever. but it's up to president trump to clean up their mask and his work is only getting started with the border crossings down to almost nothing, deportations
6:03 pm
on the rise, the white house is getting creative. a brand-new program now offering to buy a one-way plane ticket out of the u.s., pay $1000 to illegal immigrants willing to self deport. it could save all of you billions and billions of dollars in court costs between what we pay in education and health care the criminal justice system and other ice related expenses. president trump also offering to help mexico destroy the violent cartels now designated as terrorist organizations. take a look. >> i offered to send u.s. troops into mexico to take care of the cartels. i will answer, it's true. >> president trump is ready and willing to use all options to
6:04 pm
secure our country, protect all of you from fentanyl, gang violence, murder, and other crimes. naturally democrats are up in arms. apparently they really don't want the border to be secure. they don't want anyone deported for any reason. aoc has been distributing materials on how to evade ice and avoid deportation. some have accused her of actually aiding and abetting in lawbreaking. doesn't seem to care. she's trying to taunt tom homan. take a look. >> he said he was going to threaten to refer me to doj because i'm using my free-speech rights in order to advise people out there of their constitutionally guaranteed protection and 2 that i say come for me. >> sean: liberals believe that they have constitutional rights. tom homan has referred the
6:05 pm
leader to the doj but top democrats continue to advocate for the rights of illegal immigrants over the safety of you and your family. cnn who could never find the courage to investigate biden's cognitive decline just travelled all the way to a cartel hot spot in western mexico to come face-to-face with a member of the notorious cartel in order to ask him how do you feel about being labelled a terrorist organization by the trump administration. i wonder how he's feeling, let's look. >> according to the trump administration you are a terrorist. the cartels have been labelled a foreign terrorist organization, what you make of that? >> what's your message to donald trump if he's watching this?
6:06 pm
>> sean: thanks to the biden administration cartels have a serious foothold right here in this country. gang activity across the country exploded thanks to the democratic party and here are just a few recent examples of what americans deal with every single day. on friday several gang members all locked up for violent crimes launched a coordinated attack on a virginia state prison. brutally stabbing 3 correctional officers there. on sunday young members assaulted a pair of nypd officers in times square. in california 3 illegal immigrants are charged with a horrific murder. they are accused of killing a man during a home invasion. 1 of the suspected killers was facing 2 ice detainer's because
6:07 pm
of his criminal record city policies. great job gavin. this is who democrats are protecting. not you, not your kids or grandkids are law-abiding citizens, they are protecting criminal illegal aliens and fighting tooth and nail to keep them in your neighbourhood. homeland security secretary kristi noem is with us. great to have you. let's talk about this new idea. i thought of it way back on my own. why don't we give them to self deport and they might have a chance to come back and you decided to sweeten the pot a little bit but the amount of savings will be massive. tell us about the program and the savings. >> these illegal aliens that are in our country have the opportunity to go on the app and we will facilitate them finding their way back to their countries. we will pay for their plane ticket. when they get there we will verify they are who they said
6:08 pm
they are and that they are back home and then they will be paid $1000 as an incentive to go there and to be able to help facilitate their housing or their clothing or their food for the period of time that they are back in their country until they can get themselves settled. that's really what this whole situation is about. we spend about $17,000 are vesting, detaining and deporting an illegal alien right now today. if we have the opportunity to purchase a plane ticket and send someone home with a stipend like this it saves us thousands of dollars and it's a much safer situation for officers and for those in communities. and it gives that illegal opportunity to come back to the united states of america. if they wait until we arrest them and deport them they don't ever get the chance to come back they don't get a chance at the american dream so those individuals that are here illegally need to realize this is there opportunity to do things the right way. >> i don't think people fully grasp are understand the costs associated with illegal
6:09 pm
immigration. texas just started keeping records. they are spending tens of billions of dollars. the state of california, hundreds of billions of dollars over the years, health care for illegal immigrants. i don't know why the taxpayers want to put up with it but it's also impacting the educational system, the criminal justice system, it's putting i.c.e. agents at risk and we have to pay to hire these agents to track them down and find them and then deport them and put them through the legal system. do you have any expectations how many people will be signing up for this? >> i expect that tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of people would be able to take advantage of this program. the biden administration reverted every single program there is in order to facilitate the invasion. they gave them free housing, free food, free child care. free medical care. they treated them better than they treated american citizens
6:10 pm
and they jeopardized our community safety by allowing these folks that are dangerous criminals into our communities. every day they are here they're getting more and more dangerous. recruiting more members, getting stronger. getting more set into their ways and facilitating more of this violent activity. i wish cnn would spend a little time talking to laken riley's mother. i wonder what the last time as they did an interview with those individual. when's the last time they actually interviewed a victim. that's another thing that the administration did. they shut down the 1 office within ice and the federal government that was there to support victims of illegal criminal activity. we just reopen that so that these families, these angel moms can have a resource to really help them get some comfort and information on the crimes perpetuated against their families. it really is a shame what the administration did to destroy
6:11 pm
america. >> sean: limit get your reaction to tom homan referring aoc to the justice department. she had a webinar and as part of it recommended that illegal immigrants ask for warrants, deploy phones to record searches. tips on how to differentiate between ice and others. is this aiding and abetting in your view? >> i think the department of justice should look into the situation. we've seen not just those that serve in public office be willing to break the law to facilitate the invasion that has happened and allowed criminals to stay here, we've also seen judges take radical action to help protect these criminals. the american people are sick of these people abusing our system to try to promote an agenda and
6:12 pm
the democrats are using fear to control people. their motivating people by fear and standing alongside terrorists to endanger our future. i think it's entirely appropriate that the department look into these situations. >> sean: i think the biggest success has been the border and a lot more success to come, thank you for being with us. democrats will need to find another excuse to be hysterical. donald trump on the possibility of running for a third term but make no mistakes he's making his second term count with a historic flurry of activity. that does include a steadfast commitment to "law & order" and safety and security. his latest move could reopen and rebuild alcatraz prison. take a look. we will get to that in the second. first time for our white house briefing. karoline leavitt is with us.
6:13 pm
alcatraz, give me more. >> thank you so much. this is a phenomenal idea by president trump that will be executed upon. i can confirm that the white house has already administered calls with the bureau of prisons, our counterparts at the department of justice and our counterparts at the department of interior because alcatraz is run by the national park service and our great secretary of interior is in charge of that. they are assessing next steps to reopen this notorious prison and the reason for it is because president trump is leaving no stone unturned to restore "law & order" to our country and to make it very clear to criminals and repeat offenders, not just illegal immigrant criminals but also american citizens who have refused to comply. if you have been repeatedly breaking the law, if you are in
6:14 pm
and out of prison that is ending under this and administration. president trump's team is going to enforce our laws and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law so we are looking into this and assessing next steps and it's part of the president's big picture "law & order" agenda which is working, especially when you look at the illegal border crossings at our southern border. the border is secure, mass deportations are underway and "law & order" is back in america thanks to president trump. >> sean: what you make of the cartel gang member interviewed on cnn. why would they care what he thinks? >> it was fascinating to me. i was scrolling on instagram when i came across this interview and it stopped me in my tracks. not just because they sat down with a member of a mexican cartel that is now designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the united states government but because of the nature of the questions of this notorious
6:15 pm
foreign terrorist. it was a softball interview giving a platform to a notorious drug cartel that has killed american citizens. i thought it was quite despicable but this is just another reason why the trust and the legacy media is at an all-time low amongst the american public. >> sean: thanks are changing dramatically inside the briefing room. a lot of new media that you've invited in. i thought it was very clever when you walk in the white house in the front gate you see like a media row with all the different networks and their different spot in and behind them you put posters of people that committed the most heinous crimes against americans. for most of those networks that might be the first time that people are learning about the number of crimes and murders and and violent crimes committed by people because they didn't really report on it that often. and then a lot of chatter today about the white house's own
6:16 pm
report. you've decided to put out your own information that people can now bypass the media and go directly to what you say about the different issues and what the president is doing. on new approach to media, tell me about it. >> it's because president trump has revolutionized media and the way americans consume media. he started this on the campaign when he opened the campaign to social media influencers and podcasters and he was willing to take that nontraditional media route. we've continued that effort at the white house. it's sad that we have to put mug shots of illegal alien criminals on the front lawn of the white house in order for the mainstream media to actually cover these stories. they should be covering them but because they do not we will put them right in their faces. it drew a lot of attention as it
6:17 pm
showed. last week i met with angel mothers whose names your audience may not know because they are living in silence. they are living in a tragic circumstance where their children were taken away from them buy illegal alien criminals. no politician until donald trump cared about their stories and about listening to them so we had them at the white house last week for a listening session. we will continue with -- to engage with these parents who have lost their children as a result of the democrats open border policies and every day we are reminded by their testimony and their stories, the lives of their loved ones, law-abiding citizens who should still be with us when we are mass deporting illegal criminals from our nations interior. those efforts continue. as you just saw we are encouraging illegal aliens in the interior of our country to self deport. ice is conducting successful operations on the ground in communities across the country but if you are here illegally do
6:18 pm
the right thing and go home. this president and this administration are enforcing our nation's immigration laws on behalf of the law-abiding american citizens who want to trust our system of justice but especially on behalf of those who have lost their lives at the hands of violent illegal criminals. >> sean: wall street just had its longest winning streak. it has a slight dip today but leading up to today. i guess people want to know the status of trade deals. they said there are 17 countries to go first and he's very confident they are getting close to making these trade deals and resolving the tariff issues. can you update us on that? >> the trade deals are continuing to move along in a positive and productive direction. the secretary of treasury and commerce, the president himself continue to be engaged on this every single day, keeping in mind the american worker and
6:19 pm
reshoring jobs here at home. you had a new announcement yesterday, tariffs on the film industry. we are going to make hollywood great again and it's 1 of the many great proposals the president has had to make our country boom again and to bring jobs back here. >> sean: always good to have you. when we come back another day another instance of the left attempting to lie and rewrite history. >> i never saw that person. not a single time and i was in the oval office every day. >> she says she never saw biden's decline despite being with him every single day during her time at the white house. we will refresh your memory as to what she said back then and later we have a special event announcement. stay tuned.

>> sean: despite being around him every single day, she claims that before the disaster is june debate she never ever 1 single time ever saw any signs of joe biden's clear obvious cognitive decline. his struggles, take a look. >> i think cover-up is such a loaded phrase but i also left in may of 2022 for the facts. i never saw that person. not a single time and i was in the oval office every day. >> we were reporting before the 2020 election. circle back, she spent years covering for biden. laughably claiming that she struggled to keep up with him, he's so hard to keep up with.
6:25 pm
he ran at the speed of light. >> i have nothing to read on the president's private exercise regime but i can tell you having travelled with him a fair amount , sometimes he's hard to keep up with. >> sean: that's the joe we all saw. and gavin newsom echoed the comments saying he never saw any clear cognitive issues before that debate. i'm calling your bluff, take a look. >> you are asking about my direct engagement and interactions with former president joe biden, as it relates to his campaign and what those decisions look like as it relates to his determination whether or not to continue the campaign are ended as he did, i would be lying to you and i won't lie to you as it relates to the engagement i had that
6:26 pm
never suggested a cognitive decline to the degree we saw at that debate night. >> sounds like election denial. after the disastrous debate performance, gavin newsom was there defending biden in the spin room, here's a reminder. >> there is panic that has said and among people who have watched the debate who are democrats, people who are strategists and some inside democratic campaigns. do you think it's unfounded? >> it's unhelpful and it's unnecessary. we've got to keep our heads high and we've got -- you don't turn you're back because of 1 performance. we've all had those nights. not 1 person watching hasn't had those nights. it's not about debates. you have good moments and bad moments. you wake up the next day, you dusted off and move forward. it's all about resilience, that's what the american people are about and the american economy is about. we've got to have his back in
6:27 pm
this respect and i hope he does come back and i hope he is back on the stage in another debate. >> sean: mumbling bumbling stumbling confusion, not knowing which way to go, what to do, who to talk to. it was a complete mess for anybody with eyes to see. they chose a different option and they say he did notice biden's struggles as far back as april 24 but decided he was fine with him running the country anyway. good luck with that. >> i didn't see him again until the white house correspondence dinner weekend and he was -- i was at a white house reception and he was bad and it. he told the same story twice. he seemed mostly old. in no way did i look at that and say that man cannot do the job of president. i had real concerns he could not do it for 4 more years.
6:28 pm
>> democrats can't seem to get out of their own way despite a disastrous speech last week and 1 of the few public appearances since her failed campaign, a new report is saying democrats are now cautiously opening the door for another kamala harris run at the white house. fox news contributor joe concha, former white house chief of staff mark meadows. if you have eyes to see it was pretty clear nobody doubted it. we reported on it before the 2020 election. they are simply lying. but i guess they are free to do that. >> they are not free to do that because they keep circling back to the same narrative that there was nothing to see. you reported on it each and every week. we got to see it up close and personal. here's the other thing that i want to point out. if it was about 1 bad debate performance and not about all
6:29 pm
the bad policy and everything else. they wouldn't have dumped joe biden and gone for kamala harris. what they actually did was acknowledge the fact that they had seen in private this decline and then all of a sudden the american people got to see it on the debate stage and what we are seeing now is them trying to rewrite history so that they don't have to tell the american people that they are lying to them for many years. >> sean: when they said i had a hard time keeping up with him, we know that's alive. either that or she is in the worst shape imaginable. and then we've got accused of playing deep fake videos that were all very real. never taken out of context. your reaction to her comments. >> enough of this narrative that you only needed to be close to joe biden to notice his brain
6:30 pm
turning to fettuccine. she said at one point during that interview i'm not a doctor, i couldn't provide the proper prognosis. you don't need to be a doctor. using plea needed eyesight, hearing, sanity and sobriety to listen to him talk about conversations that he's had with world leaders who have been dead for decades. to see him fall on stage, to see him fall off his bike, to fall up the stairs, to hear him forget the names of his own cabinet members including his own defence secretary at one point, to see him run off to delaware are other vacation homes for 40% of his presidency. we are talking about 600 days of joe biden during his presidency when he was on holiday and they are quoted as saying as on most days she cannot keep up with joe biden who according to her was steve jobs and physically was michael jordan in their primes.
6:31 pm
1 would think... you would think she would say in retrospect that maybe she could have said something... but may be she could have been more forthcoming. instead she insists that everything she witnessed was good and that's why peppermint patty is totally discredited and working at a totally discredited network otherwise known as msnbc, that even now she can't admit that -- she didn't even get it wrong, she covered it up and she knows it. >> sean: i wish i thought of peppermint patty. they are open to kamala in 2028, if you had to pick who is going to be for them? >> i think it's good to be governor newsom. he's trying to remake himself in spite of this little clip that you showed in the intro. i think it will be governor newsom are it will be a oc. i don't see it being kamala.
6:32 pm
i think that's happy talk if you ask democrats. i don't think they want to go back there and yet she is trying to remake herself. i think she's trying to remake yourself for governor of california instead of president of the united states. >> sean: who will it be? >> kamala harris... i think it will be a oc and if that happens, democrats will lose, that ticket will lose 51 states even though that's impossible. that's what will happen if they choose her as the nominee. >> sean: today marked the start of the sean combs sex trafficking trial in new york. we have all the details and later tonight.

i was tired of being told no. no to my dreams. uh, i had no idea if anyone

6:37 pm
>> sean: 1 of the biggest criminal trials of the decade began today in a new york city courtroom where jury selection is underway for sean "diddy" combs. he stands accused of running a highly sophisticated human trafficking and ring. now it's true, he remains innocent until a jury find him guilty, over 120 prospective jurors for the trial were interviewed today either presiding judge who combs said he felt a little nervous.
6:38 pm
here with a preview of this trial is greg jarrett. the term is free coughs. 63 separate lawsuits on top of it. known celebrities, sport stars, no shortage of fame that will be involved in this case. prosecution seems to have an abundance of evidence. you were 1 of the best legal analysts i know, i don't know if i want to be sean combs today. >> racketeering conspiracy,, sex trafficking. these are not puff ball crimes for puff daddy, especially when your business namesake is bad boy records. he's accused of running his business as a criminal enterprise, and forcing women into acts through abuse and threats and coercion and injecting drugs. i think a lot will depend on the credibility of the prosecution and witnesses...
6:39 pm
which includes his girlfriend who was captured in that horrifying videotape getting pummelled and dragged by combs in a hotel hallway. i don't know how he's going to explain that. than you've got his former employees who were doing his bidding recruiting women, they are going to testify against him. you factor in all the corroborating evidence that was found when the feds rated his homes in l.a. and miami, a lot of evidence. and you've got a pretty formidable prosecution case here. 's improbable defence on the flip side is, and i mean this sincerely, he's likely to argue i am a swinger and it was all consensual. well that's a very tough sell to an average juror, particularly when they see other videos of the so-called free coughs. these extravaganzas that he
6:40 pm
videotaped where victims are allegedly drugged up to be obedient to the point of comatose. jurors will have to have strong stomachs for this trial and i would not handicap his chances as very good. he's looking at life in prison and the feds have a terrific track record in cases just like this. the singer r. kelly was convicted and got 31 years behind bars. >> sean: we saw the video of him and his girlfriend that was released. with the videos that they are going to release, how many celebrity sport stars do you think get named during the course of this trial? >> a lot. in fact jurors were given a thick notebook with all of the names of famous people, celebrities whose -- whose names will come up during this trial.
6:41 pm
it doesn't mean they did anything but their names will likely come up. i would also expect at the conclusion of this trial, more indictments of other people. >> sean: it was not too long ago, remember chuck schumer said this about what democrats were doing and republican districts in new york state, here's a reminder. >> we are mobilizing in new york we have people going to the republican districts and going after these republicans who are voting for this and forcing them to either change their vote or face the consequences. this is a long and relentless fight that we fight every day. >> people going into republican districts. those are the keywords. with that in mind it is not surprising that when republican new york congressman mike lawler tried to hold a town hall there were a lot of disruptions.
6:42 pm
>> sean: on the 1 hand i believe in free speech but the sad part is is you do have people in your district that would like to hear from you. you represent them. you heard chuck schumer, people will go into districts, this is a part of their strategy. what is your reaction to it and
6:43 pm
does this mean republicans can't hold town halls without expecting this type of response? >> this is out of the democratic playbook going back to 2018 in the midterm elections. when they tried to hijack these town hall meetings. i've done over 50 town hall meetings and mobile office hours since taking office back in 2023. i have no problem doing them. people have a right to come and ask their representatives questions. but these folks don't want to hear answers. they don't want to know what i have to say or why i may vote the way i vote on a certain issue. they want to protest. they want to try to silence debate and discussion. we have them on video just a week ago talking about what they are going to do to interrupt. and so that's exactly what they've done.
