shameful things about this is president trump cannot rely on local leaders meeting mayor bass and gavin newsom to do their jobs to keep the federal agents safe and the community safe so he has a responsibility to keep not only community but ice ages simply doing the jobs saved from rioters during rocks of them putting them in danger and democrats have been ratcheting up so much that in many ways this is predictable but sad this is going on. >> there was a battle of weeds i guess you could say. governor newsom in california saying to president trump, are you going to send in the national guard the next time philadelphia eagles win? fires burning in the streets and eagles won the super bowl, is there any comparison between the two? >> i don't really think so in a couple of ways. it shows how unserious gavin newsom is in you think, a few

12:16 pm
were talking about him as a constituent but certainly after you look into this, these new charges what is interesting is a lot of that key evidence came in 2022 when he was stopped with illegal aliens in a van or a car and this was referred to dhs declined under the biden administration that wouldn't prosecute virtually any immigration cases so this is somebody that should have been prosecuted three years ago. >> i think we will get back to it live pictures of the national guardsmen ready to go on patrol in los angeles, it doesn't look like there is much activity at the moment but certainly they will be on standby after sunset i'm sure when things really seem to start cooking in los angeles. what do you say to those members of the national guard who have been posted to l.a. and those areas by the president?

>> i think we should thank them for doing this because they are keeping all of us safe and what they are doing is keeping us from getting even more out of hand so their presence is going to be an amazing deterrent for future violence and will keep the only the community safe but law enforcement safe and prevent more of these things happening in other cities because other cities will decide maybe it makes more sense to enforce laws and support law enforcement rather than politically motivated, they only seem to benefit politicians while citizens suffer like the blm summer. >> let's remember what happened in minneapolis that year. thank you. >> thank you. >> israel claims to kill another hamas terrorist leader. trey yingst in tel aviv with a preview of his report on that. >> israeli forces continue to take the four of hamas, not just
