A good film that shows a community, in this case, Arlington Virginia, bonding together to fight local authorities and build more and better schools for kids, This film really has no surprises in it, just your usual rabble rousing, lets do something about it type of film. Has some good shots though. Like the chart of kids in the school system where they felt the need to differentiate black kids from white kids, and that music class with plenty bored kids playing on their recorders.
