While this charade continued during the close of the Vietnam war, in which I sadly served, Henry Kissinger shuttled to and from Tan Son Nhat Airport to Dover Airbase in State Dept. jets riding above the caskets of KUIs; filled with “number one” heroin which as hidden underneath the corpses (not inside the bodies myth) in conveniently fitted compartments.
