The objective of the files included is the retrieval of past-life, regressional, or
genetic memories. The general idea is to become aware of the Ajna and Sahasrara
Chakras. The procedure involves stimulation of the inner knowledge or Kundalini
along with the Ajna Chakra, just before moving into the Sahasrara Chakra. Two
