estigators on the scene of a house fire that killed a man in walnut creek. firefighters called around 2:30 and said black smoke was filling the home. crews had to cut out part of the roof. neighbors say the 90-year-old lived in the neighborhood for years. investigators are trying to figure out how this started. >> and sea lion found shot on a beach will not be euthanized. the 340 pound sea lion thaimed thaimed -- named silent night was found with shotgun pellets lodged in the head. the mammal center determined the blast blinded the animal. veterinarians now looking for a zoo to take him in. and once found he will have to be trained to handle the

across the bay area just for a few hours, you can see this here at 8:00 there is a good soaking and heading towards wednesday morning showers starting to taper off. and there is rainfall totals two to three inches of rain expected. east bay one to two inches north bay here an inch and a half to two and a half inches. south bay from three quarters of an toimpblg an inch and a half of rain. and there is winter storm warning finning until 4:00 p.m. wednesday. we're expecting winter storm warning for 5,000 feet z with one to two feet of new snow and six to 12 inch as above 5,000. gusts 60 miles per hour. goitsing to be cold towards wednesday morning.
