he moves to the side. >> hit the wake, man. >> it's not the wake he has to worry about. huge ships like this, when they are churning, they are sucking water down. as he gets closer, he gets pulled into this. the problem is, you can see that's really stretching the red cord right there. >> uh-oh. >> oh, no! :that's a skill switch. struggling to connect it, starts moving, now we see water and bubbles and he's pulled under the water. >> no way! oh, my goodness. >> after a couple of seconds, we can see it, he comes up from under the water, gets back on the jet ski. >> wow. >> that was a close one and he knows it. >> just insane video, which he uploaded to instagram, and his comment was just, oops. >> bigger than an oops. >> wow. >> almost tossed himself into a life sized cuisinart.
he would have been chopped to pieces. >> absolutely, how quickly things change. >> you can't see him, you can see the panic and realization with his hands as he just struggles to reconnect that kill switch. he didn't get things right, he knew he was a dead man. >> these moms in the uk have spotted this driver right here. i don't know the rules of the road in the uk, but he is parked in that double line right at this curb. apparently near a school area. >> in every way he's breaking many rules. can't park at a double yellow line and it's crossing into a main road. >> the women recognized the signs and decided not to let him get back in his car. they decided he was not fit to drive for whatever reason. >> like a team of moms. >> you see that one gets close to the car, followed by a second woman, and as the man tries, i presume, to start the car, they
reach in and take his keys. >> nice. >> the man tries to get back in the car, the women, one of them leaning on the door to not let him. he does anyway, but it doesn't matter. the women team up to take his keys and hold him there until police arrive. >> grab him. >> police arrived and the 59 year old was charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and has been released on bail. >> if that made you a little uncomfortable, this is really going to keep you at the edge of your seat. this video coming from russia. this 25-year-old woman is swerving through traffic as she's speeding through a very congested highway. >> she's doing a good job at it. >> this woman is the daughter of a wealthy man in russia. >> this is entitled driving. >> this isn't the first time we've seen videos like this from
russia, because they are from powerful families, have lots of money and know rules don't apply to me, i can buy my way out. >> a lot of reports are saying the exact thing, they know police are going to leave them alo alone, so they don't care they are breaking the law. in fact, this girl was seen speeding past a moscow highway that putin apparently uses daily to get to the kremlin. >> putting her in jail. >> some authorities saw this video and are looking for her. they do not condone this type of driving behavior and do recognize it is incredibly dangerous. hey, hi, guys, this is allison dunbar calling. i was just driving and i saw a dog hiding beneath a car. >> allison has called hope for paws, they work in southern california. she called them because she saw a dog and is afraid that dog will run into the middle of the street and away from her. it looks so scared. >> it is, but the people at hope for a paws do a lot of animal
rescues. they put up a little netting because they want to make sure the dog doesn't run away. once they get the netting around he's able to pet the dog. >> good girl. there you go. >> gets a little closer. finally gets a leash around her neck and coaxes her to come out from behind the car. >> there you go. >> on her lap. >> allison says, you know what, i'll foster the dog if she needs a home, but they have a handy dandy scanner to see if she has a microchip. >> yeah, she has a microchip. >> you've got to be kidding me. >> i wanted the dog. >> look at her little eyes. >> i know. well, we find out that her name is lona and she belonged to a guy named david. david was walking luna and her dog brother when luna's brother was hit by a car. luna's brother is okay, minor injuries, but luna got out of her collar and ran away. now it's time for her to be reunited.

this little boy just wandered off on his own. his parents, obviously, distraught. he was gone for about 18 hours when suddenly -- >> poor little guy. he was probably scared and cold and scared. >> yeah, he was out there all night. it had rained, but these two volunteers came upon him, they saw the red sweater out in the middle of the trees, he was sitting there reading his book. >> oh, my gosh, i want to cry. so adorable and sad. >> reading his book. >> now, his parents were extra frightened for young ben, because he does have down's syndrome. when he was found, he was found without his wellies, without his boots. he was barefoot, very cold, he looked a little scared and confused. these two volunteer rescuers were concerned they may have scared him riding up on their
motorcycles and stuff and rushing over to him. they found him about a half mile away from home. yeah, thankfully, when that message got back to mom and dad, they were well relieved. things are about to get messy on the road. >> whoa! >> crazy! >> what the heck happened? >> see the roadblock that just keeps getting bigger. and why this makeup artist's transformation skills will have you doing double takes. >> she's an artist, she's an artist. >> absolutely incredible. i've never seen someone do this.
