in developing news tonight we're getting a new look at man accused of shooting and killing a central valley police officer. in an effort to find the gunman, the sheriffs department just tweeted new photos of the suspects. first. >> i have a gun. give me your key, if not i'm going to kill you. >> interview only on abc7, woman carjacked by san quentin escapee is sharing terrifying ordeal. >> says the car was stolen shopping last night. >> now the statewide manhunt is on for

>> reporter: san quentin is maximum security but police believe he walked away from a work group, ditched orange jumpsuit and carjacked a woman nearby. immediately recognized this photo of the escapee asman who carjacked her. >> came very fast. i have gun, give me key, if not i'm going to kill you. >> reporter: packing up car in parking lot, less than two miles from the prison. surveillance video showed the suspect back up to nguyen who handed over keys but rescued dog in the suv. i'm. >> i'm going to take the dog please. he was like, okay. >> reporter: drove away.
