biking world is mourning the loss of a legend this morning. veteran x games biker dave mirra has died at the age of 41. north carolina police his body was discovered yesterday.. suicide. mirra was one of the most decorated athletes in x games history- with 24 career medals./// ((kirsten joyce)) > more trouble for cleveland browns quarterback johnny manziel. texas police released a report yesterday... accusing manziel of assaulting his ex- girlfriend, colleen crowley, over the weekend. crowley claims he hit her several times at a dallas hotel .. as well as on the drive back to her apartment. her neighbor was the one to call police. manziel denies the accusations. no charges will be filed. this isn't the first domestic incident between the two.. ohio police were involved a few months ago after manziel and crowley got into an argument in his car./// demetria, how are the roads this morning?

< brian loftus: i'm here with george knapp and we are talking about urban parks where people might like to go and do a little fishing, but not leaving it as is" george knapp: so most fisherman are pretty considerate about this thing. but i am going to tell you, the video we are going to show you right now ab out this thing is pretty disturbing. so you got kids you might want to think about it. most fishermen as i said are pretty considerate, but a lot of them at sunset park leave lines and hooks all over the place. and it is deadly for water fowl. people who walk through that park see this trail of horror pretty much on a daily basis. birds whose wings are wrapped up, whose feet are amputated. their appendages are blackened and drop off because of the fishing line. hooks that get into dogs and other animals that walk into the park. it is just a trail of tears for the folks that go through there, and here is one of them we talked to:

((kirsten joyce)) the statue as stolen last month. it was created for the first life is beautiful festival in 2013...and since then, people have filled the heart with messages. on thursday - there was a fundraiser for the american heart association...te n bucks for a metal heart to help replace it. we talked with the artist who created the love locket: ((nova may/artist: i was really sad at first, but then i decided that i couldn't take it personal and they're gonna fix it and move forward and replace it and it was a fluid peice to begin with and it's still fluid and still growing now.))
