that's because they tell us they're having their being told to place their shoes and backpacks in trash bags in order to get screened and leave. >> the clark county school district says the epa is screening students for their safety and the district has to follow their guidance before letting students out. captain ken young of ccsd's police department says they've brought in out of state resources to help--- specifcally the california epa. parents are still very upset out here peeking through cafeteria windows for her daughter....scho ol officials put blankets over them to block the view. another parent says he was threatned to be arrested if he kept demanding his soon back. they all tell me they just want to know how their kids are doing during this lockdown. the men were found in and next to a car after reports of shots fired outside an apartment complex. at least two suspects took off before officers arrived. no arrests have been announced. police are asking for any information you may have in this case./// ((kirsten joyce)) and the man police believe killed his wife in their henderson home before turning the gun on himself has been identified as 38-year-old michael yonke. his wife's identity has not been made public. the woman was in the process of moving out of the home at the time of the shooting two children are in the care of relatives now./// ((brian loftus)) away from the presidential election. ((brian loftus)) >> hillary clinton, spent much the night defending herself against her email scandal: saying that she communicated to the federal government about the classified information and that she took it very seriously. the two candidates go head to head in their first presidential debate at the end of the month./// ((kirsten joyce)) the north dakota pipeline protests coi commission approved another pipeline to be built. this time in williams county. the pipeline is relatively small, but it will be able to transport 70 thousand barrels of crude oil a day. the commission also set a date for a public hearing for another pipeline next tuesday./// ((kirsten joyce)) and green party presidential candidate jill stein is in trouble with the law... after she joined north dakota protesters pipeline protesters on tuesday stein was allegedly caught on video spray painting a bulldozer at a construction site.

where children have been held in the school since yesterday... (( connor fields//gold medal olympian "the thing i want to do most with this platform is to promote the sport of bmx. there's 4 tracks in the valley and its a great family sport for all ages and i hope kids see bmx in the olympics and they want to do that one day and go out to their local usa bmx track." )) ((brian loftus)) >> fields became the first american to win bmx gold during his run in rio. the 23-year-old graduated from green valley high school.. and is currently a student at unlv.///
