say officers shot and killed him while he was reading a book inside his car tuesday... police maintain scott had a gun. the shooting occurred outside scott's apartment complex. officers were looking for a suspect with an outstanding warrant when they encountered scott coming out of his car. police later determined he was not the man they were looking for. ((kirsten joyce)) >> i'm kirsten joyce a local couple is beaten to death... with a baseball bat. family members have named the suspect as frank interliccia but police have not confirmed his identity. neighbors say they spotted the suspect roaming the streets covered in blood. this happened inside an apartment near palo verde and bell. police believe the man was living with the couple. when officers arrived on scene, they found the suspect inside
