burned at least three-thousand acres-- and destroyed multiple structures. no injuries have been reported. officials are asking residents... to look out for fire equipment or avoid the area where the fire is burning. the cause of the fire is under investigation.//// and the october fire buring in the spring mountains... near and is now 10 percent contained. forest offcials say the fire sparked on friday from and illegal campfire. ((brian loftus)) today is a landmark day for las vegas..... governor brian sandoval is expected to sign the bill to fund an nfl stadium in the valley and bring the oakland raiders to las vegas. ((kirsten joyce)) >> the senate and assembly passed the measure last week. the bill will raise 750 million dollars in public money with a one-percent increase in the

one person is dead after a deadly overnight crash. metro tells us a hit and run crash happened last night before ten on bruce near owens and searles. the names of the victims have not yet been released. police aren't sure if alcohol or drugs were factors in the wreck. this is the 87th traffic related death in metro's jurisdiction for 2016./// ((kirsten joyce)) the man accused of shooting and killing a woman on i-15 saturday is expected to be in court this week. accused of shooting at multiple vehicles heading south on i-15 near sahara. tracey donahue and her husband were shot in their vehicle. her husband survived the shooting but tracy later died. her stepdaughter amber garcia shared details about that tragic day. ((>> amber garcia/victim's stepdaughter: "he did everything that he could to save her. he ended up crashing his car trying to call 911. he said nobody on this packed freeway stopped to help him."

festival. thirteen adult and youth teams built custom catapults to launch the pumkins into the sky. the speed and distance of each toss is recorded. pumpkins reach speeds... up 140 miles per hour.
