>> investigators say the boy was with his mother...robinson and four other children at the seigel suites on boulder highway near flamingo... when he was hurt. the child's name and official cause of death has yet to be released by the coroners office. but police say the boy had ligature marks and signs that point to child abuse. robinson is not a family member of the child and was booked into the clark county detention center. police activity is a common sight around the suites. ((denise martin: t"he scuttlebutt here is that everyone around this apartment knew that there was abuse or violence or something going on there." : )) ((nia wong)) >> the other children who were with this victim...are now in the care of child protective services during this investigation.
