((michael stevens)) >> brian, kirsten... a new c-b-s news poll was just released this morning... and hillary clinton is taking the lead over donald trump nationally. let's break down the numbers... in a four-way match-up that includes libertarian gary johnson and green party candidate jill stein... c-b-s news finds hillary clinton on top by four-points. that number... does stay the same in a two-way race that doesn't name the third party candidates. acd the majority of voters say they're firm in their choice. just 5-percent say they might change their minds. when asked overall who will win... more voters still expect hillary clinton to come out on top. most trump voters expect their candidate to win... but by a smaller margin. right now... trump leads among men... while clinton has a double-digit advantage among women. donald trump is leading among voter who made up their minds in the last two weeks...

rk and how ey would regulate out of state power companies. to tax or not to tax? that's the main point of question 4 which would toss out taxes on medical...oxygen and mobility equipment...as long as they're prescribed by a licensed health care provider. those for question 4 believe taxing these devices is a burden for those who need them. opponents say this question is vaguely written....and say not enough to know how far down the line this could affect taxpayers. this is another question...if passed would be passed ot and congressional leaders express bipartisan support for question five. the ballot measure proposes continuing the current gas tax for another 10 years to pay for road improvement projects in clark county. question five may fund up to 3-billion dollars worth of road projects through bonds... and potentially create more than 25-thousand jobs. the increases from the decade-long tax will remain in place for 20 years after the bonds are issued. the rtc and n-dot have a combined 364 unfunded projects
