the developers hoping to stand out from other a unque way. katie boer got the big tour as constriuction wraps up ahead of their grand opening in january. ((katie boer)) >>well paul... this new luory event venue is called "enclave"..just behind me...and developers told me they know that there are a lot of convention centers and but their hoping to stand out because of their background as a production company. ((katie boer)) construction is near completion for the 75-thousand square foot facility that's set to open in the middle of january. developers called this building a contentompo rary, sleek, blank slate for businesses to rent out.

huge off-strip space for meetings, conferences..with large doors leading into their main 9-thousand square foot room for trade shows to display vehicles and large equipment... there's also a ballroom for banquets and weddings, an outdoor garden and an outside strip-view deck ontop of the facility. but one thing really sets this place out from other venues... ((paul joncich)) the minnesota officer involved in a deadly shooting that was captured live on facebook earlier this year... has been charged with second-degree manslaughter. initially pulled over 32-year-old philando castile for a broken tail light. the story garnered national attention when castile's girlfriend livestreamed the incident as it turned from a routine traffic stop... to his shooting death. castile allegedly informed the officer he had a handgun... but prosecutors concluded he never tried to pull it from his pocket. officer yanez's first appearance in criminal court is set for this friday./// ((christie information on yesterday's airport shooting in oklahoma city. police have identified the man who fatally shot a southwest airlines employee as lloyd buie -- a former southwest employee himself, who resigned last year. the county's latest government auction is this weekend... and that means a chance to bid on all kinds of items. ((christianne klein)) >> you can buy cars and a variety of items local governments are trying to get rid of . right now.. you can pre-register for it. ((paul joncich)) >> nia wong went to the auction... and got a preview of what's up for bid. ((nia wong)) if i had 66-thousand dollars, i could bid on this fire engine i'm sitting on right now. would i? that's an entirely different story. my point is this auction attracts people from all walks of life to cck of items. from fire trucks to crown vics to metal detectors....ever ything up to the kitchen sink.. which one year they actually did have. >> but you won't find out until you get down here. previewing started at 9 this morning and we've seen dozens of people already looking for those good deals. this is the last and largest auction for the year. county officials tell me this is the largest inventory they've had so far. so much that it spills into a second lot. all of the items here are from

((christianne klein)) we'll be right back./// announcer: you're today with temps still above average in the 70's again and unseasonably mild coming off a warm weekend. still no 80's this time around to bring us to tie the record of 80 degree temps set back in 1950. but we will remain warm to mild r before it begins to get colder ................................ ... ............ neighborhood by neighborhood temps shot up to the high 70's for the east part of the valley where we're typically warmer since we're lower in elevation. cooler mid to low 70's for the west side in the foothills from centennial hills through summerlin as we cooled off there. colder up in the kyle canyon with a morning start in the high 30's again. .................... ............... ............. regional temps also staying warm from laughlin to death valley especially. even saw near 80 degree temps down the colorado river valley from mesquite through boulder city as well. colder temps in the central great basin and mild over the hump in pahrump again today.

be needed. ..................... .............. ................ still above average temps remian for the souther portions of the u.s with highs in the 80's in dallas and of course in new orleans. staying cool for new york in the 60's even boston getting in on some of that warmth as a strong ridge of high pressure over the lower 48 states keeping things mild for november. while rain returns to seattle as they cool off to the mid 50's. ................................ ... ................. satellite and radar shows dry conditions and high pressure still righ on top of us. but we're keeping our eye on a strong area of low pressure and it's trailing cold front that will bring in colder air by thursday. not before brining wind midweek. we'll see some of the coldet temps we haven't seen in march and may. overnight lows will get downright chilly by thursday and especially friday morning. ..... .............................. .............. tonight expect lows to drop down to the mid 50's under clear skies for the supermoon. winds stay light and tranquil overnight as well. tomorrow expect highs around 79 and if we reach 80 we'll beat the record for most 80's for the month of november. winds still remain light for tuesday. ................................

for mild days through wednesday and southwest winds kick in and bring windy weather with possible advisories needed for wednesday. still breezy by thursday but colder with highs only in the low 60's and turning unseasonably cooler. chilly morning lows will stick around for our coldest in the high 30's only.
