"early today" starts right now. good morning, i'm dara brown. today is another big tuesday in politics. voters in connecticut, delaware, rhode island, pennsylvania all head to the voting booth. 646 total delegates, nearly half from pennsylvania. from the republicans, 172 delegates are at stake. delaware is the only winner take all contest. the latest polling is any indication, expect donald trump to have another huge night. trump spent monday rallying against the ted cruz/john kasich pact. >> did you see the news today? did you see where they banned together, where they collude, it's collusion. you know, if you collude in the stock market, they put you in

short list for vp. all of this our latest poll shows donald trump reaching 50% support nationally for the first time. that same poll has ted cruz at 26% and john kasich at 17%. on the democratic side, hillary clinton now has a 10 point lead over sanders nationally, 52/42. for hillary clinton, this new poll could set the poll as another big night could put the race firmly in her corner. both clinton and sanders appeared on ms nbc town halls last night. >> we are the stronger campaign on taking on donald trump or any other republican candidate. and i think that most democrats out there, more than anything, correctly so, want to make sure that some right wing republican doesn't become president of the united states. we are running as hard as we can to win this thing. my job is to get as many delegates as possible and to try to win the nomination for president. >> i'm winning because of what i

motive for the slayings. the hunt continues. a tragic death in kid rock's inner circle. his personal assistant was killed in an a late night a tv accident at rock's suburban nashville home. he began looking for him on monday morning. his body was discovered along the property's driveway. the death was dentaccidental. stalking case of erin andrews, according to her attorney, she has settled the lawsuit against the national hotel where she was videotaped by a stalker. the terms of the settlement are confidential. it happened in 2008, while she was a college football reporter for espn. her stalker pleaded guilty to fi filming her. a jury ward her $28 million from
