young son gunned down last week appear to be related to a bay area rapper. he posted this tribute to the pair on instagram along with several photos. he says he's going to miss giving his nephew hugs and kisses. he shot his ex-girlfriend and their four-year-old son before killing himself. it happened late thursday at an interest near six flags. police have yet to identify the victims. well, this is all that's left of a car after the driver blasted into the back of a chp cruiser. it happened early saturday morning on southbound 101 in santa rosa. two officers were in that car together when they noticed a nissan coming up from behind at a blistering pace. the driver of the nissan hit the patrol car at more than 100 miles an hour. the chp said the driver had been drinking and was promptly arresting. both officers suffered minor injuries and have been released

other than the fact that we would like some rain fall. let's go ahead and bring you to that micro climate forecast. there is that blue sky. and i know you saw if you were outside even just for a little bit this afternoon. we have some clouds off to the distance. right now after 71 for the official high in downtown san jose, dropping down to 69 degrees. later on tonight, some of those high clouds that will go down to 55. no issues to worry about. we're down to a chilly 39. south bay also at 42. and more of these 40s over san francisco in the east bay. and i hav there. so we start off on the cold side and we are confident we will see more mild weather as we move through tomorrow. it is all due to that same area of high fresh your that has been locked over the bay area for the back half of january and for all of this month. it's really helping to push that storm track way up into alaska
