reports. >> reporter: grieving for a third night. flowers and messages of love for the 21 crosses the stand at the town center. talking about her niece annabelle rodriguez. a smart and fun-loving 10-year- old among the 19 innocent children gunned down. families coming to this school looking for comfort. it comes as police try to clarify the timeline of tuesday's massacre. but their answers are raising even more questions. >> still a lot of information. >> they say he crashed his truck and witnesses report seeing him carrying a long gun in a bag. he fired at two people outside of a funeral home across the street before heading to the elementary school.

this video shows the gunmen dressed in black. entering the school 10 minutes later at 11:40. the doors were unlocked. >> was there a school officer who was on campus? and was he armed? that's what we were told? >> no. there was no armed officer available. >> local police arrived at 11:44. officers say they called for reinforcements. eventually tactical team has arrived. they admitted the shooter was in the classroom for an hour before they were able to take him out. video after the rampage shows love ones being restrained outside of the school and unable to get to their children. begging officers to go in.

today the grieving husband of one of the teachers killed has now died. according to a family member joe garcia, the husband of irma garcia, suffered a medical emergency. they are survived by four children. >> we need your prayers. and we will need them to continue move through it this. and try to move through this together. a greg abbott will not be attending the nra meeting in person. the event starts tomorrow in houston. the governor was slated to speak but instead he will give a prerecorded video message tomorrow afternoon. he will hold a news conference in eovaldi. what can be done to prevent this tragedy? democrats are trying to get more gun legislation. but many republican lawmakers

we had just a day ago. as we start off you probably still need that light jacket. 54 in san francisco and the east bay in the mid-50s. we don't really adjust a lot. upper 60s to low and mid 70s that will put us in santa rosa back to concord and livermore. oakland and 65. make sure you bundle up at the coastline. the cooling weather was the first change this week. the second one is a system off to the north. at this point the best rain chances remain to the north of us. spotty shower chances with the wind kicking up. a shower chance going through saturday morning and you can see there is a slight chance through the bay area and then we will see the possibility

welcome back. the warriors into the nba finals for the six time in a year after beating the mavericks. game five the western conference finals stuff curry buries the triple. they lead by five after one. golden state will take control of the 41 point second-quarter. dave thompson scored 19 of his 32 points before the break. warriors up 17 at halftime after a slow start. luka doncic is gets hot leaving them on a 15-0 run. warriors lead going down to 10 after three. that is as close as they will get. all five starters scored in double figures. rooney was the force in the paint. 10 points with 18 rebounds. stuff curry puts the game on ice with the three-pointer. named the conference final mvp and the warriors beat the mavericks 120-110. they win the series 4-1. two
