francisco, police say they say men both from san francisco base-jumped from the 46-story hilton hotel in the tenderloin, landing right in front of the patrol car apparently. police arrested the two men around midnight, police believe it is possible that a third base jumper got away. base jumping is not illegal, per se, but the men were charged with conspiracy. it didn't appear they were guests of the hotel, they made their way somehow to the hotel and found their way to the roof. >> abc news reporter amy hollyfield refused to talk on camera, but said he was not jumping for attention. and people forced out of their homes last week. a check was given for $5 million. abc 7 reporter katie marzullo

>> great images, great music. that was david ono reporting. the eighth anniversary of jackson's passing will be marked on june 25th. all right, well all the snow that we have been seeing is not in tahoe -- is good for more than ski resorts. the latest sierra snowpack today measured 34.4 inches of snow, a near record depth, 15 inches more than last month's survey. this mean when is the snow melts spring and summer our reservoirs could remain full. our average snowpack in march is 24 inches. and while it's great to see all that snow when the snow does melt we could also see some flooding this upcoming spring, so we'll be keeping an eye on that. right now we want to show you a stunning sunset, take a look, sun went down 6:04 and it was absolutely beautiful as you can see looking towards to west there. now the sun went down, we had clear skies, and look at what we
