keeping formal sales records. starting in sacramento has led to the arrest of several people-- possibly linked to terrorism. the u-s attorney's office in sacramento says a 23-year-old -- aws mohammad u-nis younis al jay - eb jayab -- an iraqi refugee, was arrested yesterday morning. he's accused of traveling to syria to fight alongside terrorist organizations-- and lying to investigators about it. investigators say during his trip, he connected with members of a terrorist group and posted about his involvement through social media. he returned to the u.s. in january of 2014--and moved to sacramento. it wasnt until 9 months later -- immigration officials questioned him about his time in syria. that investigation led to the arrest of three of his relatives in wisconsin, in a separate case. in texas, lieutenant governor dan patrick says a terror suspect was arrested in houston. an investigation is underway to track down the thieves who broke into a communal

here in nevada ... bills, credit card applications, driver's licenses, and checks, all come in the mail. stealing mail is a serious crime with serious consequences. it's a federal felony, punishable by two years in prison for each count. the postal service has their own investigative department. postal inspectors are fully sworn law enforcement officers, with all the powers that it implies. two children in the car. man crying this was the scene around 11:00 yesterday morning near the intersection of east second street and wells avenue. police say the driver, andre dawson, was arrested last saturday for d-u-i -- it was his second offense. he was released on wednesday, but just yesterday morning, police believe dawson was once again intoxicated when he crashed into the front of this convenience store with two young children in his s-u-v. they say this would be dawson's third d-u-i offense in seven years. despite the damage to the store no one was injured in the crash. thanks to a 65-thousand dollar grant from the nevada office of traffic safety, the reno police department has new equipment that can help keep you safe. the new equipment is called 'faro'. it can take an image, in 360 degrees-- rendering that image in 3-d form. it takes a matter of minutes as opposed to the old system, which could take hours. but the biggest impact is the new system can be
