ive anthrax was shipped because it takes days of testing to determine if any of the shipments contain live anthrax. we have new details on the murder of a washington family. the savopoulos family was killed last month in an apparent extortion plot. police say the driver who delivered for them jordan wallace changed the story. a boot print suggests wint may have been invited in and the family's cell phones were stolen. they're tracking them hopefully for leads. a madison police officer who shot and killed a by racial man has been cleared to return to work. a month ago the d. achlt decided not to press charges. it found kenny did not violate policy when he shot and killed tony robinson on march f. kenny confronted robinson in an apartment stairwell.

robinson was high on drugs. kenny says robinson hit him in the head. his mother says they decided to let a murderer back on the street. the bus driver and two others on the bus were killed. four passengers were critically injured. the crash happened yesterday in the pocono mountains. the bus was taken italian tourists to nigh ag falls. the crash sunday investigation. two people were killed when a bus from a mexican charter company crashed with a truck on a highway west of houston, texas. ten others were injured. it happened in a construction area when construction in the front of the bus was stopped. a funeral is planned for saturday for a woman mauled to death. her family says kate chappelle was doing volunteer work. she was a passenger in a vehicle when a white lioness bit her

ta-da! a family in gatlinburg tennessee, recorded a massive hailstorm. the noisy storm covered their cars and piled up on their driveway ending up seven inches deep. there was much white and a blanketing of hail. a massive bee attack interrupted a graduation ceremony in pasadena california. firefighters discovered the hive on the outside of the auditorium. they doused it with foam to calm the bees and have plans to destroy it. the ruptured section had

reality tv star jessa duggar says she is one of the victims sexually abused by her older brother josh duggar. the family show "19 kids and counting" is speaking in an interview. josh confessed to fondling five girls more than ten years ago when he was a teenager. his mother michelle duggar made them question whether they had failed as parents. >> we had one ray of hope in that josh had a tender conscience and he was the one that came and shared on his own even though the others really didn't know anything. >> the couple says they sent josh to a christian counselor and made him tell the story to a state police officer near their home. he never faced charges. police concluded the statute of

a gun salute honors six marines killed in a helicopter accident while helping with disaster relief in nepal. hundreds of people joined mourning family members. at the end of the service two helicopters performed a flyover in their honor. here's another look at this morning's top stories. the fbi says they confronted a terrorist in boston because he talked of an imminent attack on police.

usaama rahim was shot and killed by police when he refused to drop his knife, and cbs news learns that his target was critic pamela gellar. rick perry is making a second run for presidential nomination. he'll kick off his campaign today in texas and already has events planned in iowa. a black bear severely burned in the biggest wildfire in washington state history is back in the wild. the bear nicknamed cinder was set free yesterday. sydney kim of our seattle affiliate kiro reports. >> reporter: when cinder was discovered in the carlton complex fire last july she was so badly burned she was walking on her elbows. it was clear even from that point that cinder was a fighter. she recovered at a wildlife facility in lake taco california, and then recover eded at a facility.
