head through the afternoon, daytime highs seasonal for this time of year. 75 in concord. 72 for san jose. 67 in oakland. 64 for a high temperature in san francisco. so we're starting off the day cloudy in many locations and turning mostly sunny, it is partly sunny through the afternoon. we'll talk about the warmup through the rest of the weak. details on that, coming up. here is traffic. a good morning. taking a look at your drive this morning. some good news to report as you make your way across the golden gate bridge. you can see it pretty good. no fog advisory. a clear ride across the span into san francisco. they just did the lane changes so you have more lanes on that southbound side. southbound 101 headed into san francisco give yourself about 15 minutes. bay bridge, stacking up, but that is typical. no major snags to report. off the east shore freeway.

if you're traveling to the bridge 580 at 24 we're getting reports of a trouble spot there. let's zoom into a trouble spot where there is a broken down vehicle west 580 at 980. stow a couple things happening in that area. altamont pass typical patterns bidding here. you'll see brake lights. it is still very early. a couple minutes for delays through there. ware in the green which is great news so 205 to 680, 27 minute drive tame. >> we're going live to treasure island. the power is out there. it went out after 2:00 yesterday afternoon. right now, there is no word on when people living there will have it again. the san francisco department of emergency management has been using generators there, but tweeted last night they would be turning them off between midnight and 5:00 a.m. 4:33 right now. more election results are coming in. one of the tightest elections

19th. city council has up to two years to impose a permanent ordinance tough fenning its existing policy. there have been more than a dozen fires since september. mostly they are late at night or early it morning. if you have any information, call the police in concord or the fire tip line. this morning, a manhunt intensifies as a murder suspect gets away for the said time this week. here is the motel where one of the suspects jonathan salazar was last spotted. a hotel employee reported he was found yesterday and saw him yesterday. the sheriff's deputies surrounded the building around noon and s.w.a.t. teams were called. he must have escaped between the time the call was made and when the police arrived. >> we have a strong belief he was there from the person who

the company now agreeing to pay up $60 million this morning over allegations it misled almost 4 million customers about their unlism fed data plans. they allegedly starting throttling or slowing speeds for customers when their usage exceeded a certain amount. in some cases, the practice slowed data speeds bay nearly 90%. hoy can you cash in? current customers will receive a credit on their bills and no need to submit a claim. others will get a check. new rules to follow before they get paid per post.

here is more in today's money watch report. >> reporter: wall street finished mixed on tuesday. the dow climbed 30 points marking another record high. the nasdaq did the same and added 1. the s&p 500 retreated from its all-time high shedding three points. the fcc las cleared the way for a merger between sprint and t- mobile. the companies are set to become the third largest wear less carrier behind verizon and at&t. they voted along party lines. the chairman said the merger will help secure u.s. leadership in 5g and close the digital divide in america. i'm amber lee, an attorney of the federal trade commission. >> new recalls. the federal trade commission said when pedaling a company's

long range weather models into next week and we're still dry. taking you hour by hour, you can see we are going to see some clearing so we'll go mostly sunny to partly cloudy with the cloudcover hanging around the coast. a cool day along the coast. then for tomorrow morning, maybe a little bit less with that cloudcover and fog as we're going to see that ridge of high pressure strength think and building in and less of the marine influence. that is why temperatures will be on the rise through tomorrow through the rest of the workweek and especially into the weekend. well, we're dealing with seasonal temperatures today and check out the rest of the country. the upper midwest, even down through the south will be dealing with as we head through tomorrow that. they are talking about 30s and

the span into san francisco. a live look at the golden gate bridge. so far, so good. no accidents on 101 hear. everything clear into the city and same for the san mateo bridge. traffic is flowing with no trouble between 880 and 101. taking 13 minutes to make your way across the span there. westbound 580, 32 minute drive times. looks like the east shore freeway is in the green as far as drive times go with a 14 minute ride. highway 4 and 101 off to a great start there. we have a minor snag here, a broken down vehicle. it is blocking one lane but you can see it is not causing any tribes right now. westbound side brake lights as you connect on to 580 itself. you'll see the slow pattern hit grant line and then clear with no delays to the dublin interchange.
