the rain from a storm being driven by atmospheric river it comes down to location, location. on to explain what i mean by that. look at the satellite behind me. into the clouds coming our way. take a look back across the pacific. you can see two things coming together. there's the center of the area of low pressure that'll pull rain our way. it is reaching back here and throwing all of the clouds our way. you can see the rotation there and the water vapor. look at the map where shows us where the high concentration is. look what happens. the line in the clouds that we just looked at is going to turn into a very narrow ribbon of high concentrations of water vapor. is going to be pointed right at us. the detail of the matter here, that's if that shorts north, if do have a different outcome for. the placement of it will matter. location. this line is pretty
