they're trying to cope with a loss of the 32 year-old woman who was six months pregnant when she was attacked and killed by her dog. they are asking why this pitbull turned so violent. she bled to death from her injuries. the dog was standing over her when the body was found. a necropsy could determine if the dog may have had rabies or what could have possessed the dog to actually attack her. a memorial service is coming up.

>> police are investigating copper desk from schools in san francisco. one school has been fitfuhit four times. jackie sissel is live with details. >> scrap copper is between $4.50 dollars a pound. the thieves are becoming more and more brazen. reported that the school had been hit four times. we spoke with the principle. these pipes right here, these copper pipes, the downspouts running along the outside of the school, that is what the thieves targeted. that is what they have been

stealing. >> some people came on campus for three-four nights in a row, the first night they unscrewed all the screws from the copper pipes. we called the mavens department to put them back on. the second night when and one guy was caught up in the sense. there were three pipes already on the ground on the other side of the building but they have not taken them. the third night, when we came to work, six of the pipes were completely gone off of the campus. on saturday morning, one of my staff members saw someone throwing the pipes over the fence. these people are very bold.

police >> in tampa florida say they were able to stop a mass murder plots at a high school. an attack was planned for the first day of classes. the police chiefs just wrapped up a press conference and said that this could have been a catastrophic event. the tampa police department received information around noon that there was an individual that had intentions of exploding some devices at freedom high school on the first day of school next week. the tampa police department's in cooperation with the hillsborough county school system started to investigate the information and found that it was very credible. they were able to put a name to the information, the individual was a 17 year-old white male by the name of the jury kingman. a previous student at freemafreedom eyes.
