they took him out he was still conscious but we do not know his condition at the moment. the pickup truck caused the tractor trailer to fall over the railing. we are not sure if that drivers stayed on the scene and the chp is out easily handling the traffic investigation. they are looking at the possibility of black eyes. they do not think it was a factor but it is possible that it was a factor. westbound 37 is still closed and here is northbound 29. it looks like it will be shut down for another 35 to 40 minutes. the firefighters that at one. maybe they will open up one lane but we will have to wait and see. the haz-mat group is completely covered head to toe. look
