before 11:00 and found three people shot. authorities believe a 22 year-old antioch man shot the two women and then shot himself. he passed away and the two women were air back to a local hospital and are currently in critical but stable conditions. they were say this comes a shock to the whole community. >> no! no! we do not have crime around here! we are a big family. we ran into this and i asked what was that? to hear that someone shot, it is devastating. >> neighbors tell us the two women that are in the hospital are a mother and her adult daughter. at this point police are not releasing a possible motive for the shooting but they're not looking for any additional suspects.

san jose this morning firefighters found a burning body. officials say the body was found in the brush on the northbound state route 85 on ramp at powell wrote. this shortly after 915 evening it was discovered. no word on what the body as a male or female, there was no car nearby. fire officials tell us their insides of a homeless encampment in the area. the fire was under control as of about 1030 and officials did not know the blaze was accidental or suspicious. san jose police and fire are still investigating the death and the blaze. right now there are no additional details about the body. >> to watch another big day on wall street the dow industrial average at a record high right now up 75
