interstate 80 east shore freeway. a few moments ago, there was a police accident on the shoulder at the university ave. all the vehicles just left the scene. no lanes were blocked at any time, it was just action on the shoulder and started to back up the right into the early morning hours. it remained heavy until now and will likely stay that way with a 51 minute commute time from hercules to berkeley. highway four leading down university avenue. to earlier occurring accidents still tying up the north bay ride and south from san rosa toward petaluma. you'll find some slow going all the way through downtown petaluma with a nice break into marin county. >> we have some areas of fog and low clouds this morning. temperatures are and in the '50s. san jose 56, livermore 56. today, clouds and fog
