police department hoping someone saw or knows something that helps solve this crime that happened last night that left one person dead and two others in a local hospital. here is video from yesterday. according to vallejo police department, around 6:00 they received a call of multiple shots being fired into a residence on the 100 block of brisbane. when officers arrived at the scene, the discovered multiple people had been shot. a man and a woman or both transported to local hospital for emergency surgery. their condition at the moment is on now. the third person unfortunately was pronounced dead at the scene, also a woman. detectives will only say they believe a vehicle may have been involved in this case. they are not saying

were transported to a local hospital for emergency surgery. at this point, we do not know the condition of them. all they would say was that the woman who died it was in her '40's. that is the only information he would release on that. he also said they somehow believe a vehicle was involved in this. he would not elaborate on that and tell us what the description of that vehicle was. they're holding that information very close. this is the second homicide in just three days and the 12th homicide in vallejo since the beginning of the year. >> here in the newsroom colleague delayed is out of washington d.c., the house permanent select committee on intelligence is holding a hearing on the in as as controversy all surveillance program. the director of the nsa, general keith alexander and others have been testifying this

substantially. they are clearing things out pretty quickly here, but five times are still 20 minutes or more for bay bridge approaches this morning regardless of whether you are coming from the nit bids, the east shore, for the maze. -- nimitz. in the north bay, where the accident cleared on jameson road and all lanes have an open it. we did have a one-way traffic control. a new problem the new hot spot a northbound accident now near cupertino onto 80 northbound has backed up traffic all the way into downtown. you are looking at a 30 minute drive time out of downtown back toward 85 on 280 northbound. in the picture san mateo bridge ride, you can see pretty good conditions here. drive time still running between 13 and 15 minutes westbound and the golden gate bridge our problem free ride all day-shift morning long. a bit of a

astronaut candidates is making history. of the eight chosen, have for women, including one from the bay area. according to nasa, it is the highest percentage of female astronaut candidates ever selected for a class. the group was picked out of more than 6000 applicants. nasa says the new candidates will help lead the first human mission to an asteroid and then to mars. they will report for duty in august at nasa's johnson space center in houston. one of those astronauts candidates is originally from the north bay. 35 year-old nicole man is a major in the u.s. marine corp's and a graduate of stanford university. she currently serves as a naval station in maryland but says in a grove is her home town. man is the first female fighter pilot to become an astronaut in nearly two decades. --nicole mann.

woman and injured two others. what we do know that at around 6:00 yesterday, they received a call on the 100 block of frisbee of multiple shots being fired. when the officers arrived out of the scene, they discovered that three people inside of the home there had been shot. two women, and one man. two of the victims a man and a female were transported to a local hospital for emergency surgery. unfortunately, the third person which is a woman described to be in her '40's was pronounced dead at the scene. police are saying they are keeping a very close to their best, but they are saying they believed a vehicle may have been involved in this and some way, they will not give out a description of the vehicle or the suspect. i asked the lieutenant whether or not this was a random act and he would not want to tell about that. i can tell you that this is the second homicide in just three days. vallejo and this is also

today. 24 year-old yeiner garizabalo was caught on video performing naked acrobatics throughout the 16th street bart station. he then accosted several commuters. a video of the incident surfaced on my last week and quickly went to cairo. he is charged with two felony counts of false imprisonment, for a misdemeanor counts of battery and one misdemeanor count of sexual battery. >>mark: trial resumes this morning and the joseph naso murder trial in marin county. during opening statements yesterday, prosecutors say nay so killed for prostitutes and northern california between 1977 and 1994. they say there is enough evidence to prove and so is both a serial rapist and a serial killer. the 79 year-old is representing himself in his trial and has called the state's evidence " circumstantial ". the

does not remember much that night only that she woke up at a hospital in excruciating pain. suspect jose montalvo and marcellus peter are among six people accused of raping the victim who was 16 at the time. authorities say she was beaten, robbed and sexually abused over two hours while as many as 20 people watched. the victim denied defendants claim of drinking alcohol with them for the attack. >>mark: police are trying to track down the peace who stole 11 go-karts from the valley christian center in dublin. these are pictures of some of the stolen go- karts. the incident was reported on june 3rd. the go-karts had been taken from a locked storage container and the church as parking lots, the vehicles are worth up to $2,000 each. to go- karts motors and other equipment were also stolen. a surveillance camera capture video of midsize car

>>mark: welcome back. a breaking news of a fatal house fire in sunnyvale. kron4's will tran is live at the scene with more. >>will: you can see it is done it. this happened at about 6:00 in the morning. i just got done talking to a chief who says of the victim is possibly a 60 year-old woman. they have to make positive identification but they were told by neighbors that a sixth year-old woman lived at the house possibly by herself and that they want to make sure before their release identity. you can see what it did as far as the fire. they said they came out here, the fire was not that big and were able to quickly knock it down but because of the structure and
