through this metal gate. fire crews put out the fire quickly. the founding father who was pronounced dead here at the scene. the grandfather a young girl were out on the third floor the toddler was pronounced dead at a local hospital and the grandfather is not in critical condition. i had a chance to speak with the fire chief about this incident. >>: it was smoky and it was hot and scary definitely for the toddler. and a man of the night

and harrison. police say that fight left denver with a fatal stab wound. there was a fight between dodgers fans coming from the game and giants fans coming from a club. then a little later the same two groups got involved in another fight a block away, the location where denver was stabbed. police are still looking for two additional suspects.

that was the finding of an appeals board yesterday. as the dogs' owners fight to keep them from being euthanized. the victim, 10-year-old hunter kilbourn, was attacked last month while visiting a friend at a neighbor's house. kilbourn was at yesterday's hearing and listened to the attorney for the dogs owner try, and ultimately fail, to persuade the board. his mother says she is happy with the panel's decision. the dogs owners will have five days to decide if they want to take their case to a superior court for an
