told the potential for to be back open is about and not work. we are now approaching a half-hour permit you can see a tow truck is not even here yet. fish said they have called one agreed ec investigators from chp out here continuing to go around the car. it's unclear why this driver was a driving around on a flat rim. as soon as we get information on how much longer the chp believes the offering will be closed we will pass along our renounce the hope is that it will be open soon. >>george: the best advice is to use the exit before central. this is having an

investigators have not officially identified the body but they are looking to see if it is that of 57 year-old patient when spalding disappeared from her bed more than two weeks ago. sheriff's unguarded the exterior stairwell where the woman's body was discovered. it appears the body was decomposing and had been there for several days. the hospital and shares departments are investigating the case but have yet to identify the body or that is now with the county coroner. family is anxiously awaiting answers. lance aldon checked into the hospital for an affection

and shortly after that she disappeared from her hospital bed. that was all more than two weeks ago. a family friend tells us she was a frail and possibly confuse to do to the medication she was taking. a hospital spokesperson tells me this morning there will be another update from the hospital today. we don't know exactly when that will happen but we will pass along to any new information once we receive it. >>james: thanks mike. >>darya: but it in update on the hot spot from george rask. >>george: there's no update for this situation on interstate 80. no change. they have yet managed to clear the wrapper off the vehicle central avenue off ramp from westbound interstate 8 remains close as that has been since early this morning. the chp tried to stop a vehicle that was driving on its rim with a blown tire in the early morning hours. the vehicle swerved crashed. the driver was killed. the investigation continues. for

the reason for the late the investigation is because of the fatality in part but also because this was the result that's why this investigation is taking so long. in the meantime, here's the impact on the traffic. backed up now for highway 4 on interstate 80 in the westbound direction. early estimates thought they might get it open at 7 and then they said 733 still looks like those are both optimistic estimates. as we continue to track delays for the westbound for a ride through the willow pass for 242 sx 80 southbound in the south bay, and 101 accident at alum rock all go cleared from the land now permit it still manages to back up the traffic all the way to 85 and that makes 85 slow at the guadalupe park away. and palo alto crash for 11 north

jackie? as you said this off ramp has been shut down since about 145 this morning the truck has arrived on the scene. you could see how close we are pretax the reason why its shutdown is because of a fatal accident that happened earlier this morning. chp says are around 140 this morning for it still a couple patrol officers were at a construction site. as we were sitting there with my mini van up go down. basically writing on its lands. they got out and they would initiate a spots the

driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. since then the investigation and is a basically wrapped up at this point. that's the good news. as it is the the vehicle being placed back on top of that. psst these two
