agreement will allow you to get paid and they stated that there usher howard got there more but it was in there as the early stages and they forgot to take it out. they want to find out and that is why is far from over. the board of directors have to have the final say and they are not happy about it. they are expected to go in a meeting today to talk about a. if they do not like it and they rejected then that means that they will be back at the bargaining table and the union is already fired up about this. >> they are stating that for them to say that this does not work as the very last second is unconscionable. >> we will just have to wait to see what happens. after that went through this there stating that there are provisions they did not agree to. >> your fare across the

middle - high school. is getting plenty of attention after a school board member says. one of the students involved. may identify as transgender. if so, the fight could be considered a hate crime. one student at the school spoke to kron-4' s philippe djegal. about what might have led to the fight. >> the other girl said some things to her and she became frustrated. i do not know why she did not want her to sit next to her. she started to get more furious. the teacher came, mr. harris came to stop them from fighting. the other girl was sent out of the room. >> hercules middle high school senior bryan vega says he witnessed the transgender student being harrassed tuesday by at least two girls in his math class. both girls he says were also involved in this fight wednesday. caught on cellphone video taken by another student. we've bleeped the transgender student's name out of respect for privacy.
