smaller the s8 has a narrow design taller, not wider so you get more screen and less phone. if you've wanted a bigger a screen like the iphone 7 plus but think it's to big to handle.. the s8 plus would not cause you that problem. the s8 offers more security options pin code, finger print, and iris scan, using your eyes to unlock your device and face unlock.. the front camera on the phone will identify your face and unlock. the s8 offers wireless charging the iphone does not. s8 has the new bixby voice assistant which let's you control the phone with your voice. anything you can swipe you can voice. also you can launch bixby and point it at the real world to get information.. like point your phone at a landmark or restaurant and info will come up on your screen. or point products and get info and even links to purchase the thing you are looking at. this is a small one.. but for some could be the biggest thing the s8 has a headphone jack.. the iphone 7 does not. the galaxy s8 will be the first widely
