((steve))now at eleven...a warning for parents.a man is driving up to young girls..flashing nude photos at them.i'm steve aveson.((pam)) and i'm pam moore.so far, there have been two cases... the latest happening just this morning. kron 4's j.r stone has a description of who police are looking for. sot he's actually showing lude images to a child.and it appears the same man might be to blame in at least two cases. the most recent happening near southwest boulevard and camino colegio drive. police say an 11 year old girl was walking to school monday morning. she was crossing this sidestreet, was stepping onto the curb, when a man in a white suv pulled up on the side of her.sot she turned to look and there was a man in the car who blew a kiss at her and then held up his phone which had a nude

image of a woman.the girl ran away, hid behind a car, and called her parents who called police. kids that i talked with said it is scary to hear that news. saying that someone recently tried to lure a classmate of theirs into a van nearby.sot i walk most of the time from school over there and that's where the incident happened over there. officers aren't connecting this to any luring cases but are saying it may be related to a similar case nearby involving an 18 year old young woman.sot she was in a stop light and a man pulled up next to her and held up a phone to the window that had pornography playing on it. parents we talked with were disturbed to hear this news but say they'll now be on the lookout.

((pam)) breaking news at eleven... we just got word ... a woman was attacked on the campus of san jose state university. police say, around 7-45- tonight, a woman was jogging in the area of south 7th street and east san fernando street ... when a man tried to grab her. the woman took off.. and hid in the car of another student in a nearby parking lot. the woman was not injured. the suspect is still on the loose. (pam) the meeting has been going on for hours and we are still awaiting the results of a vote by the san jose city council .... on major, new rent protections .. if passed.... it would make it more difficult for landlords to evict tenants. there has been a contentious lead up to tonight...hunger strikers, who have been fasting since friday, along with affected tenants, landlords and campaign leaders are in a heated debate. renters are

urging council members to require a "just cause" policy for evictions... so landlords cannot kick out tenants and raise the cost of rent. but landlords say, such a policy would make it hard for them to get rid of bad and troublesome tenants. (grant) what appears to be a racially charged murder spree is over tonight in fresno...and the man police have in custody... is ánotá a suspected terrorist....despite shouting god is great in arabic when he was arrested. kori ali muhammad was captured late today...after police say he randomly killed three people... today's killings come after police named muhammad as a suspect for the murder of a security guard last week. the chief says muhahhad then revealed he wanted to be known as someone who killed many white people and not just one security guard. jerry dyer / chief, fresno police:"we do not believe, based on the information we

hunt came to an end earlier today. . . when police say stephens entered the drive-through of a erie, pennsylvania mcdonalds and placed an order.the employee recognized stephens and his car with ohio plates.she alerted the manager and called state police.the employees then told began stalling for his fries. . . to give police time to respond.he did not want to wait. . .but it was just enough time for police to locate him. "there was a short pursuit in which the vehicle stopped. as the officers approached that vehicle, steve stephens took his own life."police say stephens claimed publicly to have killed others, but chief williams said sunday that they don't know of any other victims. mountains accidents on highway 17 are up, way up.the 983 accidents reported in 2016 represent a 34 percent jump, the biggest increase in 13 years. excessive speed, wet weather and distracted driving are getting much of the blame. but traffic on the twisting 26 mile stretch between los gatos and scotts valley is also up as people are finding jobs in silicon valley and looking to santa cruz and the santa cruz mountains for cheaper housing. that means more commuters. in los gatos rob fladeboe kron 4 news (clifford)here in cali, geologists have been working for the past few years to develop an earthquake detection system called "shake alert". until recently it was basically just an academic experiment but thanks to a funding boost from the state...the system is now a becoming reality. it is being spread out across the west coast. oregon and washington have been included in the california system. if all goes well, the public could start receiving earthquake alerts on a limited basis as early as
