((steve))now at eleven...a warning for parents.a man is driving up to young girls..flashing nude photos at them.i'm steve aveson.((pam)) and i'm pam moore.so far, there have been two cases... the latest happening just this morning. kron 4's j.r stone has a description of who police are looking for. sot he's actually showing lude images to a child.and it appears the same man might be to blame in at least two cases. the most recent happening near southwest boulevard and camino colegio drive. police say an 11 year old girl was walking to school monday morning. she was crossing this sidestreet, was stepping onto the curb, when a man in a white suv pulled up on the side of her.sot she turned to look and there was a man in the car who blew a kiss at her and then held up his phone which had a nude
image of a woman.the girl ran away, hid behind a car, and called her parents who called police. kids that i talked with said it is scary to hear that news. saying that someone recently tried to lure a classmate of theirs into a van nearby.sot i walk most of the time from school over there and that's where the incident happened over there. officers aren't connecting this to any luring cases but are saying it may be related to a similar case nearby involving an 18 year old young woman.sot she was in a stop light and a man pulled up next to her and held up a phone to the window that had pornography playing on it. parents we talked with were disturbed to hear this news but say they'll now be on the lookout.

(pam) the meeting has been going on for hours and we are still awaiting the results of a vote by the san jose city council .... on major, new rent protections .. if passed.... it would make it more difficult for landlords to evict tenants. there has been a contentious lead up to tonight...hunger strikers, who have been fasting since friday, along with affected tenants, landlords and campaign leaders are in a heated debate. renters are
urging council members to require a "just cause" policy for evictions... so landlords cannot kick out tenants and raise the cost of rent. but landlords say, such a policy would make it hard for them to get rid of bad and troublesome tenants. have today, that this is a terrorist related crime. based on the information that we have been provided and our investigation has shown is that this is soley based on race."(grant) on what appeared to be muhammad's facebook page, he repeatedly posted "#let black people go" and encouraged "black warriors" to "mount up." court records show kori ali muhammad was charged with more than a dozen felonies and misdemeanors between 1997 and 2004 using several aliases. they include forgery, domestic violence, criminal threats and d-u-i.
