( robin ) in the south bay, police are looking for the person who shot and killed a man in san jose. kron 4's gayle ong has more on the investigation. san jose police responded to a shooting just before 2 saturday morning at south 10th street and east william street. police found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.the victim was taken to the hospital but later died,

the street..he claims to be close to the victim.

justice afoa was killed in 20-10. a new law led the judge to the decision to release guzman. it prohibits suspects from being liable for murder unless that person was the actual killer or had an intent to kill. guzman was convicted of second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit assault and gang enhancement clauses. the judge is ordering that her murder conviction be reveresed. guzman's brother... rafael tovar... and daniel howard are serving prison time in this case. ( robin ) now to the north bay... police in rohnert park are looking for the man who robbed a metro p-c-s store. police say the suspect walked into the store around 4:30 saturday afternoon and pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money and merchandise. police are asking anyone with anyone with information to give them a call. ( robin ) a south bay teacher and track coach is accused of sexually assaulting two young girls more than a decade ago. 56-year-old gregory marshall was arrested

in san jose thursday and charged with 24 felony counts for allegedly sexually assaulting two students at valley christian high school. both female students were 17 at the time. san jose police say marshall sexually assaulted the victims at work on school property sometime between 2004 and 2005. marshall was the after school track coach at branham high school in san jose.

man offered the man a ring in exchange for 40 dollars. he says the man told him that his wallet was stolen and he needed money to get home....pagliuso says the man had a woman in the car with well-dressed kids. it wasn't until pagliuso saw the exact same ring....in a news story about a statewide scam alert that he realized he'd been duped... and felt compelled to come forward. ( robin ) the c-h-p says at this point they don't have any confirmed cases of these con artist working in the bay area but across the state there are at least 70 victims that they know of and they expect that number to grow. ( robin ) thousands of people took part in the 15th annual walk for life.

pro-life supporters were at civic center plaza in san francisco saturday advocating for the u-s surpreme court to overturn it's landmark decision roe versus wade..and outlaw abortions. the walk started down market street and continued for nearly two miles through the heart of the city -- ending along the embarcadero. the event was fueled with passion on both sides of the abortion debate. ( robin ) the san francisco police department did not have to intervene during the event ( robin ) police are looking for two men who bailed on their 4-thousand dollar botox bill in los angeles. amy johnson has the details. (natalia hau/nurse) the receptionist was suspicious and followed them to the bathroom when they asked to go, and they pushed her away." the aesthetic medical spa has posted the video and photos of the suspects on facebook .. hoping someone will recognize them. ( robin ) doctor hau says they are working on new policies to make sure this doesn't happen again. the california highway patrol broke up a massive sideshow in north sacramento over the weekend. on saturday it shut down traffic in the area of antelope road and watt avenue. the c-h-p headed to the scene with helicopters and multiple agencies responding. officers say they tried to make arrests as more than 100 people watched. a driver who police say drove away, lost control of his vehicle and collided with a parked car and then a fence. he was taken to jail.... miles away near national drive and north market boulevard the sideshow continued. police say after two hours, they were able to break it up and get the drivers to stop.

survivor puts her theory to the test. wondering what people would do, if confronted with possible domestic violence in public. we want to let you know. the signs of abuse you're about to see are not real... c-b cotton explains. signs of the cityamong them -- something you may not expect. nats - sparkle talking to her kids what appears to be an abused mother, and her kids. this is sparkle johnson. on saturday -- the marks that look like injuries on her face -- aren't real.it's all makeup. but at one point -- makeup couldn't even hide her pain. sparkle johnson/domesti c violence survivor - "this long bruise right here, it symbolized like where he stumped in my head. he actually stumped in on this side, and it was bruised like this." he -- is her past abuser. johnson was with him for six years. she was able to leave the relationship in early 2016. now -- she runs a

domestic violence nonprofit, super women inc. today -- she's revisits her past -- to see who will speak up. sparkle johnson - "this is actually a reneactment of how i looked after my last attack, minus the swelling, i wanted to see how nashville responds to domestic violence." johnson said, no one did -- in her first hour here.sparkle johnson - "they walked by, they looked, they pointed, they whispered, some even took pictures, but nobody offered to help me." as my camera recorded -- i saw one man who did. nats - "what can we do to help you? can we call the police for you?" so then i asked -- why he chose to stop. david keeling/tennessee resident - "i thought she was hurt, i thought she was in dire straights and needed help" in a total of two hours -- only david keeling --- and two other people chose to stop. but what about others? why didn't they? keeling says -- it's simple. david keeling - "a lot of folks don't want to get involved in other peoples' business," but he and sparkle johnson want that to change. keeling - "there needs to be more awareness made. are you in danger now? is he close by? who did this to you?

( robin ) sparkle johnson also went to a local mall. she says no one stopped to ask her if she needed help. ( robin ) a california woman takes matters into her own hands, after her wallet is stolen.. after confronting the alleged thief ... she posted video of the encounter on social media. that's the moment leasha sanders says she caught the woman trying to use her credit card inside a walmart. she says she was celebrating her niece's birthday when she noticed her wallet missing...moments later she says she saw a transaction coming from kohls. an app on her phone became a map to her wallet...so her friend suggested they follow it.

when they got to kohl's the suspect had already left. then another transaction appeared from walmart and that's where they found her and alerted a manager. leasha ultimately grabbed her wallet and keys from the woman without a struggle... the police got there to take a report once the suspect was already gone.. officers believe the woman got away with hundreds of dollars in merchandise. ( robin ) for your money-- the u-s post office has raised prices on stamps and services. a first-class one-ounce mail letter will go up to 55 cents. the nickel increase is the largest percentage hike since 1991... when postage increased from 25 to 29 cents. forever stamps are also

jumping to 55 cents. and.... priority mail prices will also jump five-point-nine percent... making a small box that previously cost $7.20 to rise to $7.90. ( robin ) disturbing revelations on how facebook tricked children and their parents into spending money on the social media platform. this was uncovered in 135 pages of documents relating a since-settled 20-12 class- action case. the documents were unsealed by a federal judge. the report accuses facebook of encourging game developers to get kids to spend money without their parents' permission. the papers also accuse that the company refuse to issue refunds in some cases ... ... and that facebook would not try to block kids from spending money because it would reduce revenues. ( robin ) boeing says it has conducted its first test flight of a driverless air taxi. the test took place

at a small airport in manassas, virginia. the aircraft is 30 feet long and 28 feet wide. according to boeing, the flight lasted less than a minute. no one was on board. the prototype is designed to fly up to 50 miles at a time using an electric propulsion system. ( robin ) police were called to a home in new jersey to rescue a toddler who was stuck inside a toy. 20-month-old luca got stuck in a toy that is supposed to hold different shaped blocks that go inside holes but luca pulled the lid off and climbed inside. his mom says when she realized luca couldn't move...she had to call in a professional. she also says she plans to keep the toy and a picture to remind luca of the time he got stuck. coming up on the kron- four morning news... the government shutdown is over for now... but a major issue could cause even more problems for lawmakers.
