a grime milestone-- california becomes the first state to record more than 3-million covid-19 cases.. according to johns hopkins university. to put this latest surge into perspective -- california reached 2- million cases less than a month ago. more than 33-thousand people have died from the virus. the vaccine distribution has hit another snag. this morning more than 300-thousand doses of the moderna vaccine are sitting idle. providers were ordered to stop using them over concerns of allergic reactions. doctors say there is a specific chemical in the vaccine that is causing the allergic reactions. less than 10-people in southern california received the vaccine at the same site and needed medical attention. the problem is--many people

( jane )good morning the irs urged americans to file their taxes electronically this year as the agency deals with a backlog of nearly 7 million unprocessed paper returns from last year. the irs announced that it was delaying the start of the 2021 tax season, which usually begins at the end of january, to feb. 12 to prevent further backlogs. hollywood studios are starting to delay movies that are due to hit theatres in february in march. they are being postponed or
