defenseless victim mll. is live for us tonight in buffalo. she's joining us now with the very latest in l >> that's exactly right. as you said, investigators are calling this a mass shooting. it happened at this tops market in buffalo, new york. 13 people were shot and tennis did not survive. according to buffalo police, the alleged shooter is in custody and has been arraigned tonight. the gunman has been identified as 18 year-old payton gun drawn of caulk la new york. police say he entered the supermarket heavily armed with tactical gear and a rifle. he was also live streaming when he opened fire. police say a retired buffalo police officer who was working as a security guard. the gunman had shot and the shooter was unharmed because he was our word. the retired police officer was also shot and killed. this case is being investigated as a racially motivated hate crime. a law enforcement source confirmed the gunman had a racial slur written on his weapon. erie county district attorney john flynn did not confirm the existence of the shooters.

possible manifesto. he said they believe there was a racial component to the attack but declined to say more. the attack is being investigated by the fbi and as a hate crime and violent extremism. live in buffalo ahead. >> all right, thank you. >> well, the streets of san francisco were filled with protesters today as women and men march for reproductive rights. demonstration is just one of hundreds happening across the country today as many are fearing that the supreme court could be gearing up to overturn roe v wade kron fours. camila barco has more from san francisco. >> men and women on march through the streets of san francisco saturday morning calling on lawmakers to leave women's along. i don't think that anyone should have a say over what a woman chooses to do with her reproductive system. people like daniel and jessica, bold as voiced their frustrations along with hundreds of others on the

possibility of the u.s. supreme court overturning roe v wade and the new legal access to abortion. it's it makes me so angry, but erling buttering on speechless. really, very alarming, right? i feel very much like violated of my privacy. this has sparked protest rallies and marches for reproductive rights in the last few weeks across the country and the bay area that really even should be other lawmakers. legislatures courts deciding whether a person control their body or not. people are going to continue to do it and it's going to be dangerous. and these are going to my marching allies, france the united states both wild as and daniel say. >> protecting women's reproductive rights is about everyone moving forward. >> as a nation that if this country wants to be about progression or it has to bring all of citizens along with

your saturday afternoon. low 60's for downtown san francisco. and we're seeing mid 60's for those of you in oakland. and we're flirting with 80's for santa rosa. but 79 degrees there with napa and allay currently in the low 80's. so, yeah, if you wanted relief from the heat, the san francisco peninsula coastline, certainly the place to beat that heat because we're tracking not only a cool sea breeze, but some marine layer influence as well. keeping temperatures today mostly in the 50's and 60's along the coast when tracker for still tracking that cool sea breeze out there. 25 mile per hour sustained winds with gusts near 30 miles per hour for downtown san francisco in radar for a lot of sunshine out there right now, especially as you make your way inland. but we're going to see the return a great overnight into your sunday morning. we could even get some patchy drizzle as well. not just along the san francisco peninsula, but even into parts of the east bay shoreline as well. and then we are going to notice partly cloudy skies throughout the
