that he did not hit her. then prosecutors will decide if they'll go ahead with the charges. all-girls catholic high school in san jose is accused of feeling to report sexual abuse claims by students. former students say they were molested by teachers at presentation high school. administrators failed to ask, they say. attending the meeting last night in which some a lump called for the -- alumni called for the resignation of the principal and the school board of directors. >> touched her leg. >> reporter: the meeting started with a compilation video of former students who say they reported sexual misconduct and they did nothing. >> after talking with some of the parents and the students, it's clear that not everyone knows what's going on. >> reporter: catherine meehan and sharon, both 1991 graduates, post -- hosted this first ever community meeting.

claiming administrators failed to notify authorities about reports of sexual abuse and assault. >> more victims keep coming forward. and more witnesses keep coming forward. and just when we think it can't get any worse, it does. >> we had says the school can't move forward under the leadership of the current principal both are accused of mishandling sexual abuse reports four years. backed by law, which as a 17- year-old i didn't know, from the beginning, the first time that i talked about it cuts the police should have been called. >> reporter: a spokesman sent us this statement saying, presentation high school respect the alums who are making these statements and are proud of the strong women they've become. they went on to say, the school is constantly evolving and you adopting best -- and adopting best practices.

alleged russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and rudy giuliani, president trump's lawyer, says it's time to wrap it up. >> giuliani says mueller told him that the president will not be indicted following the legal guidance that sitting president can't be prosecutors -- prosecuted. mueller couldn't recommend that congress take action if he finds evidence of collusion or obstruction of justice. 4:06. president trump met yesterday with several california officials who opposed the state sanctuary policies. that group included lawmakers and leaders from san diego orange, fresno, riverside, and san bernardino counties. all have vocally supported the trump administration's lawsuit to end california's sanctuary state law. >> the blanketed policies around california aren't working. so we need help. >> state of california's

welcome back. to mornings on 2. a grand jury in san francisco indicted the ceo of bumblebee foods on charges that he conspired to fix prices. he's accused of conspiring with others to eliminate competition by setting prices for canned

tuna. two other executives at bumblebee and one from starkist have already pled guilty to price-fixing and bumblebee  agreed to pay $25 million in fines. the u.s. government began investigating price- fixing of canned tuna between starkist, bumblebee foods, and chicken of the sea. more than two years ago. the husband and wife from fairfield accused of abusing their 10 children art -- are due back in court. ktvu crime reporter henry lee tells us about new charges against the mother. >> reporter: rogers had nothing to say as she arrived to court in fairfield. only these still pictures were allowed inside the courtroom. rogers was initially arrested last month on a misdemeanor charge of child endangerment after they found her children living in a fearful home filled with trash and human and animal

waste. the children later reported injuries that included burns, bruises, and broken arms. police say they were punished using scalding water, bb guns, crossbones, and even waterboarding. the d.a. has now added nine felony charge -- child abuse charges against the mother. deputy d.i. veronica morris argued that bill should be sent -- set at $490,000 to reflect the more serious felony charges. the prosecutor said, she abused them if not assisted her husband in torturing them. she still has the potential to do that if she's not in custody. the judge agreed, saying, quote, while she may not be a danger to the public large, she may still be a danger to her children. rogers said she didn't have the money to post and that's why she was taken into custody. after the hearing, rogers' sister and brother-in-law left the courtroom in tears. she did -- they did not want to speak to the immediate. her husband has pleaded not guilty to felony charges of torture and child abuse.

both parents have denied the allegations and rogers, when i spoke to her at her house. rogers park children had been in the custody of family members in the past month. i could hear children's voices inside the home. their grandmother declined to comment. a judge will determine if there's enough evidence for traffic in fairfield, henry lee, ktvu fox 2 news. 4:16. there's a major shakeup at the san francisco police officers association. martin heller, the union president, has stepped down after holding that title since 2013. he's being replaced by union vice president tony montoya. a former union president told the chronicle he left because dealing with city hall and police commission politics wore him down. earlier this week, the san francisco board of supervisors rejected two of mayor mark farrell's nominations to the police commission. the nominees received as being too close to the police union.

coming up today at 7:30 this morning, san francisco supervisor malia cohen will join us here in the mornings on 2 studio to talk about the changes in the police department and the police commission. right now, we want to check in with sal for the early morning traffic report. sal, how does it look out there? >> it's looking good. when the traffic is looking good, i prime myself watching the news, and all the son it's my turn. not a lot going on. one thing that i will tell you about in just a moment. we will start with the gilroy commute. the traffic is moving along pretty well. you can see traffic continues to look good. hollister, watsonville, sam martin, morgan hill, people who drive these long distances get up early. there are no obstructions in the main part of the valley. this is a look at the toll

the bay area. they split the first two games of the western conference finals. ktvu's joe fonzi has details of last night's game. >> reporter: the rockets and their friends knew there had to be a sense of urgency. there's no way they could afford to go down two games to none to the warriors and then have the switch to oakland. they've only been vulnerable when they beat themselves. you combine seven first quarter turnovers with defensive labs and four shooting knives by two of the guys who provide most of the golden state points. that's a formula for a loss. >> they came out and played a great game. they got everybody going. so they got -- you know, we got what we deserved. they kicked our butts, no other way to say it. >> we were bed on that defense. it wasn't offense. it was the defense. it was the turnovers leading to the transition defense.

a little bit warmer. not a lot. a little bit. still actually near average. slightly below inland. getting closer to average. which is upper 70s to near 80s person. it's even cool out to the valley. fresno and bakersfield are running below average. there those our low. it did it's job yesterday, if you will, with the thunderstorm activity for some. had a lot. sierra nevada lit up. more so as that system moves inland. there's still a breeze and there's some low clouds. not as extensive as we saw. little on the cool side here. upper 40s for some. i mean, there's some 50s. temperatures are will recover here days are a lot longer here. 39 tricky. 55 up and ukiah. the load that moves out will get high pressure. another low is on the way. until then, we will see a slight warm-up. that means 60s and 70s for your
